The check in with Kevin was great. Very nice and professional. Going to our room the room was not fully finished, and the beds were NOT comfortable at all, woke up with sore backs. Checking out was the worst. The lady behind the desk. I believe was the manager, she was a bigger white lady with black hair. She was a complete B*#*$. She was rude, mean, and not professional what so ever. She should not be working in the industry being so mean to people.

It was great! Staff was very friendly and courteous. Rooms and hallways were very clean. Our room was super clean and fresh smelling. Will definitely stay here again while in San Diego!

Loved our stay here! Friendly staff, neat and spacious room (we stayed on the one with Sofa) and clean bathroom. Hotel is very close to sea world. Family friendly. Offers free breakfast (lines here could get longer though). Would definitely consider staying here again.

Comfortable rooms, the hotel is in a strange layout in that the breakfast room is on the fourth floor, but it works. The breakfast is great with a good variety. The rooms are clean, smell nice and are relatively quite in spite of being located close to the highway. They only change towels every third day of your stay so you have to ask if you want them more often, which isn't a deal breaker. We loved the hot tub, and there's also bathtubs in the room. The parking situation could be better, but since that's my number one complaint you really cannot do too bad.

Great location, very conveniently located to many sights. Hot breakfast was great but was the exact same thing three days in a row. The hotel feels a little dated, but the room cleaning service is excellent and very prompt. Feels like the hotel needs some serious upgrades in terms of carpets and elevators! It would be great if the rest of the hotel felt as nice as their lobby. But overall, for a family of 4 with two little kids under 3, I'd say the kids suite was one of the better accommodations for the price we paid (in comparison to other two room suites). And they definitely had kid pleasing breakfast options.

This was our second stay at this hotel and it was just as good as the first time. The location is about 10-15 minute drive to any great location in San Diego. The breakfast in the morning is delicious. The room was extremely clean and beds were very comfortable. The only thing that wasn't soo great were the very small spaces for parking. Other than that it was perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything here has been pretty good. The location is decent and quiet enough, the room is nice and everything works. We did have a problem with a couple things in our room the first night, but they were quickly taken care of. The pool and hot tub are nice and are big enough to enjoy. The breakfast area is nice and I enjoyed all the food there.

We had a great time!! Two adults and 3 children in the suite. The one with pull out couch. The door between was such a great help for the end of the day, kids on cartoons, mom and dad watching news separation. The a/c was powerful! The beds with pillows for all comforts was very comfortable. The shower felt great too. The breakfast staff worked above and beyond to keep up with the amount of people. It is packed and food kept coming out. Hot scrambled eggs, sausage and waffle makers. Yogurts, hard boiled eggs, cold and hot cereals along with numerous breads and fruits. The pool was a hit with the kids, clean and plenty of seats for parents to lounge. An added plus is the laundry room. Coin operated, and change available from the front desk. We thought the staff from front desk (the hotel was booked to the seams) to the amazing housekeeping was fantastic. They were so polite and friendly. We are planning to book again next year, same time!

I made a reservation through a 3rd party site and arrived at the hotel around 730pm. I arrive at the hotel and start to check in, provide my information and I find out only two people have access to the system, neither of them are on shift. It is now 835pm and I am still waiting on someone to check me in. I'm not complaining about the lack of reservation but the lack of planning when it comes to the system of checking in 3rd party reservation sites and lack of follow up from the front desk staff.

Pillows felt like they were filled with old lumpy rags. Seriously, bring your own pillow.
Breakfast is served until 10, they ran out of eggs and sausage by 9. Totally overcrowded and overwhelming. Oh, and their coffee sucks.
The elevators are as slow as molasses.
The parking is impossible. Small tiny spaces, and if you suck at parking and park on the line then all the other people have to park crappy too apparently.
I would not stay here again.

Clean and spacious suite. Friendly and attentive staff. Clean pool area. Breakfast buffet is above average. Parking is a bit of an issue, as some of the spaces and lots are small.

They are renovating the hotel. They are pleasant upon check-in. The rooms are spacious and clean. Comfy beds. Unfortunately, breakfast doesn't start til 6:30. Coffee only comes with non-dairy creamer- yuck!
It's a great hotel for the price when you have a layover and need sleep.
