Friendly staff! Great service. They accommodate your request as best as they can. I would make sure to ask the Ast. Manager or the Manager as most staff don't have that much of an idea for hotel policy.

Have nice rooms. We could charge the phone with just the data cable with the plug next to the bed which came in handy. Offer breakfast and break fast is offered one floor down from ground ( LL from the elevator). The lobby was very small. There is a water with lemon fountain to refresh and i noticed that it is only available from evening. A place to take a coffee. The staff was so friendly.

I stayed at the Comfort Inn last week for two nights and it was an excellent experience. The manager at the front desk, Rajesh, is simply so helpful. Gave us great advice on sights and was very nice to us throughout our stay. Great coffee in the lobby, nice hot breakfast in the basement, nice large clean rooms. Will definitely stay at this place again if I am in DC.

Great location. Close to metro stations and many places you want to go to on a trip for sightseeing. Rooms are small but adequate. Staff was friendly and helpful. Valet parking is nuts but on target with rest of area..we would not have drove if there was another option but at least car was safe.

I stayed at the Comfort Inn DC/Convention Center for 4 months while working nearby. I had an excellent experience. The staff are friendly and helpful, the hotel is clean, comfortable and well located. There are laundry machines and office printers on sight, and there are grocery stores, dry cleaners, barber shops and restaurants all around. My wife and grandchildren joined me a couple of times and we had a great time sightseeing. Highly recommend this location and will stay here again if I return to DC.

Cierra and Raj provided excellent service. I had a broken stay, meaning I checked out and then returned again. They stored my heavy luggage, important because I am not supposed to be handling such items and provided a special place for my valuables.
But, the most important thing Raj did on my day of departure was wait outside for a shared van ride (it never came!) to protect me from getting more DC mosquito bites. Those insects were biting my face during the arrival time given by the company, while I waited for the van. Then Raj called the van company, but they did not arrive, and he hailed a taxi for me. Somewhat stressful ordeal. I was impressed.

My family had a wonderful stay at the hotel. From the time we arrived the staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The manager, Dave, was incredible and went above and beyond to make our stay the best! The valet was accommodating and retrieved our car quickly. Another staff member walked us around and showed us the gym and breakfast area. Our room was clean and comfortable. We could not have asked for a better stay for our vacation. We will definitely be back and will recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Really not bad at all for the price. The rooms are a little cramped, but the Continental breakfast was good, wifi was okay, and the staff were both polite and helpful. It's tucked away near Logan circle, so not too far away from Metro center, giving good access to most of the Metro train lines. It's in a busy area so kind of a lot of traffic on the surrounding streets (it's right off Massachusetts Ave, so what do you expect, really?). I was woken up by two men shouting in the alley behind the hotel (my room was on the first floor because it was the only one available when I arrived), but I suppose that isn't the hotel's fault. They had plenty of channels on the television in the room (I stayed on a Sunday night and was happily surprised that I wouldn't have to miss Game of Thrones because they had HBO!). Overall it wasn't a bad experience, but I was familiar with DC from having lived there for three years, it was only me and my girlfriend, and we only stayed for one night. Changing any of those factors might have changed my review a bit. But again, good value for the price.

Overall it was a good stay. Service was great, breakfast was Not good and you can definitely here all of the street noise. 4th floor and I could hear street conversations. But my room was great.

The place itself was good. Clean, well placed and ok. We where on a B&B basis and we asked for some stuff to breakfast, even some milk or a piece of fruit early in the morning cause we needed to leave at 4:30 to the airport. "NO" Was the ugly answer from the men at the reception today. For sure he has never been in the need of traveling at this time in the morning we walked and bought some milk and a pack of cookies in the supermarket. It's not about money it's about attention to detail (or the lack of it)

Older property in excellent downtown location. Staff is pleasant and helpful and willing to assist in any way. Elevator is small and so are the rooms. Beds are comfortable, pillows are half the size of a standard. Heating system is very loud and there is no heat in the bathrooms. The sink is the size of half of a basketball. There are signs of rust is various areas in the bathroom. Best features are very hot water, and a large half fridge. Prices are high for what you get. Complimentary breakfast is very good, offered in a cozy atmosphere with multiple seating options. By far the best feature.

Location isn't bad from conference area's with a small walk. It's about 4 -5 blocks from the McPherson Metro stop and about 10 or so from the White House. Good area rooms are nice, bathroom was small but does its doesn't really if all your doing is showing brushing your teeth and doing a #2. It gets the job done. Great place I would come back

The hotel was a little far from convention center and other attractions but I knew that. It was affordable. We were checked in quickly. Had to wait for the valet a little bit. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a lot of choices. The staff was polite and there were free cookies and coffee in the lobby.
