Good hotel but rooms were small. Clean rooms and good hospitality. Swimming pool and gym also present. Location is also good. Everything is around 5-6miles . Hotel looks good from outside as well. Bar is also present in the hotel ground floor. 👍
This hotel is somewhat of a mixed bag for me.
The staff on arrival were very friendly and helpful, the room allocation was spot on, with a nice view over the surrounding area. If anything, for conference activities, you could almost say that the staff are too efficient at times. When there are multiple meetings / classes being run, if you don't take your breaks at the exact allotted times, they've already cleared the coffee and tea away.
A few of the sales staff did interrupt at least one of the classes that I'm aware of, walking in while the instructor was half way through a lesson to give a tour to potential clients and take photos. Why? Wholly unacceptable in my eyes.
The rooms are of a suitable standard for a hotel of this price bracket, although, in some areas could do with a bit of an update (lumpy carpet and peeling wallpaper).
Overall, a decent quality hotel. Could be so much better with a bit more attention to the needs of the current customers rather than looking at the next client.
I stayed here while attending a wedding. The rooms are large and quiet. The hotel has some pretty cool history, and it's absolutely gorgeous. The staff were kind and attentive. It's close to so much, we often walked or took a $3 ride to nearby attractions. Definitely ask around about the historical value that this place has!
Outstanding hotel in NW DC. Great for meetings. Rooms are a little small, but very comfortable. Service is top notch. Plenty of on site amenities, including an excellent sports bar. The prices at the coffee shop are high though. The censong machines take credit cards and are in good working order. Lots of elevator capacity is another nice touch. Convenient to all kinds of food, shopping, and the subway, the only tricky feature is that there are two driveways on an upper and lower level, which can confuse ride-share drivers. Overall an excellent choice if you want to stay in DC.

I had a wonderful one night stay. The room was very comfortable and had a nice view of an Open Garden area. The staff were very helpful and accommodated me with a very late check-out time. The gym is one of the best I've ever seen at a hotel and the pool is likewise very well kept, great temperature, nice seating. Options for buying snacks at the small-market are extremely overpriced but that is pretty common at hotels like this. Would love to stay here again.

Hotel is in a good location but metro spots are not very close. The rooms are small but fine. Bathroom was tiny with no counter space and very low lighting. Housekeeping was friendly and efficient. But the hotel lacked in amenities and services. On check-in their text to notify of room readiness after already checking in failed for me and several others I encountered. Restaurants were expensive (which is to be expected) but hot food items were processed, pre-made items that were unappetizing. Upon check-out they charge a fee to hold bags. While this was an amount less than I would have tipped, after spending $300+ each night, it was outrageous and petty and speaks to the lack of service and amenities. Given the choice I would not stay here again due to the poor hotel policies and services.
This is a wonderful hotel in NW Washington, D.C. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable and the staff was extremely helpful. The gym was crowded, but had enough equipment that I was able to get in a good workout (machine and free weights). I visited the sports bar, McClellan's, for a good local lager (3 Stars Brewing Company) and some excellent grilled salmon. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the DuPont Circle Metro Station (be sure to exit on the Q Street side to save four blocks on your walk). Both the Georgetown and Adams Morgan neighborhoods are walking distance, as well.
Stayed in a room for 2 nights. The AC kept making rattling noise and it was very annoying to sleep with it every time it ran. The employees were very nice and accommodating. I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel was clean and smelled fresh. We got room service while we were out doing stuff so they didn't bother us at all. I recommend this place!
It's a very nice hotel. Large. International style. Mamouth public spaces are the polar opposite of the small but spotless guest rooms. Be prepared to walk. Hallways go on for days before you get to your room. No refrigerator in the room and we were on the executive floor. Take out a mortgage if you use the vending machines ($3.50 for a can of soda). Still. Location location location. Rates are great. And its clean and modern.
Service was amazing. The umbrella was free, and the staff was very helpful. Our TV was slightly broken, but we didn't use it too much. The parking fee was reasonable at 45 dollars per day. The light in the bathroom made an annoying noise. Overall the stay was good and at a really fair price.
I was meeting a friend who was staying the night, and waited with him during check in. There were insufficient staff working the check in desks to handle the arriving guests. It is the beginning of visitor season in DC, and check in took a minimum of 30 minutes. Lines were long, but only a couple of check in desks were open. Staff were working the line trying to direct appropriate guests to the Hilton Honors check in desks, but even that was backed up. Staffing levels should be reassessed to ensure a more timely arrival experience as we come into the summer travel season.
Location is alright. Half a mile from the metro. No continental breakfast. Rooms were small for the price and bathroom is tiny. Walls are very thin. No appliances either. Outdoor patio is nice.

Loved it! The room was beautiful. Shower space was comfortable and the lounge was a nice touch. Kirk Wolfe talked to my friend and I as we were at the bar and he had a great personality. We had no issues what so ever.
