  The staff is RUDE, UNHELPFUL, AND DISRESPECTFUL. It's not easy to find and I grew up here all my life. It's dark, gloomy and feels unsafe. The train was very late and no announcement was made to say that it would be delayed. For the prices of tickets and charges for luggage fee they should try to do some up keep, and retrain their employees

  Hours are midnight to 7 am. The parking lot is locked if you get there before midnight and you have to hike about 20 yards between the fence and rail lines to get in. But the station doesn't open till midnight.

  Ummm this place is sketchy. Dirty, old, hard to find. It was not fun. And all I did was pick someone up from here.

  It's an okay Amtrak train stop, the train was kind of delayed from departing out of the station though.

  staff was rude! wouldn't let my daughter fill out the tag on her luggage with anything more than her name and phone number because they said "we aren't sending you a post card or a Christmas card!" so her luggage ended up lost so she had to hang out for an extra 3 hours til they found her luggage and sent it back to the train station! On top of this, that she still had a 3 hour drive home from the station while pregnant and with a small child! This is only part of the horror that happened. I think they owe her something for all of the hardship they caused!
