I'm at an eye appointment (opthomalgy). It's now 1043am. My appointment was at 10. Arrive late to your appointments. The previous appointment they were late too.
Worst hospital I ever been to. They don't check on you they just put you in a room for hours and leave you there. Even when the button is pressed nobody comes around.
I've experienced two doctors now that have been rude to me as if they know everything. I think I'm going to look into Cleveland Clinic and see if there any better.
Worst ER staff and organization I've ever seen at a hospital. No coordination whatsoever. Very short staffed on the night shift. Does not comfort patients when they are in pain. Even if they try, they provide the safe pain meds that are having no positive effect to the patient. Needs to be driven in a whole new direction asap. Or they should be shut down asap
The emergency is not by far being one of the worse ER I have seen. Need's Improvement. You can find some great personalitys at FM & Phone calls are always handled professional when I call.
Worst hospital ever waited there for my mom to get treated 2 hours no one came to the room. I asked the front desk is anyone coming she said the doctors didn't come down yet. I told her can we go to another hospital she said you can do whatever. Went back to the front office told them do we need to do anything they said your all set to go without getting treated. Wasted 2 hours no one came in the room . Worst experience ever. Came to Cleveland Clinic such a great welcome and fast treatment. By far please use the best hospital that welcomes you and treats you well.
This hospital is the worst to go to for the e.r i was in and out of fairview in 30 mins going on 4 hours and still no room. All the doctors/nurses just stand around talking. My girlfriend has 3 broken teeth and there just taking there good ole time.
This review is specifically for Dr.Montilla in the Dental emergency room. You and your assistant were wonderful.. You two definitely changed the way I feel about Health Care Professionals and helped me feel at ease. Great attitudes and great work. Thank you so much! - Christina
all of the doctors were caring and knowledgeable. most of the nurses were great caregivers, especially Moody, she treated me exceptional. one nurse, Angie, started her morning "tired'. it was as if she was on her 'last leg' and really didn't want to be there. Also, her customer service was way off. she needs to be reminded that she has a nursing job because of 'patients'. She acted as if she were 'burned out" and maybe should consider retirement, at this time. Also, the room I was expected to stay in after leaving the 'step down' floor was deplorable, causing me to sign myself out early. Lastly, the transportation voucher service was second rate. i was basically told take it or leave itand i choose to leave it. I pay a substantial amount for my healthcare, it is not free and yet i was treated like a charity case, in part.
Staff was all very friendly, from registration, to the nurses and doctors, to finding my way out of the building. I was 15 minutes early to the appointment and they called me back almost immediately after registering, explained every procedure before doing it, and checked to see if my questions were answered. An all around great experience!
The main campus pharmacy is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever come across. Had to wait w days for my mother's medication when they said it would be ready for pick up by 2pm. Then was told they ready for pick up,and wasnt. Also have been given the wrong medicine there. Plus have been told that my mother's meds were already given to another patient!! WHAT? I honestly can't believe they are able to maintain a license! I don't know how they haven't been investigated by now.
