There are a very few drivers that are nice. For the most part a lot of the drivers acts as if they hate their jobs are often rude and very mean. There are those drivers that go out of their way for customers, those are few and far between.

I know every transit system has its ups and downs and everybody may occasionally have a bad ride or experience, but I am still very grateful for RTA, as it gets me where I need to go and I seldom have any issues. I enjoy riding the bus and am thankful for those that drive!

People are helpful but you have to ask, they do not just offer assistance.

Its not RTA coincidentally, efficiently displaces you anywhere within walkable distances fairly. Costing appropriately and discounts to savvy regular travelers.

Worry less, park none, many choices and experienced staffs.

Several hubs throughout city and all directions of suburb.

Easy enough, probably faster should ya ask.

They're okay Rita is okay but they just need to come down on the fair a little bit you know especially the door to door for us wheelchair people because we're on a tight budget you know they need to come down on us a little bit especially the wheelchair people yeah they need to come down on us a little bit cuz it's hard for us disabled people you know it's hard for us they don't they don't understand that it's hard for us disabled people to get around especially in the winter time they don't understand that's hard for us to get around they didn't got to sit down 24/7 they ain't got to walk around on crutches they ain't got to wear braces and you know and stuff like that you know so let them see what it feels like sitting down in a chair 24/7 and see what it feels like trying to get around in the winter time and all that trying to get from place to place and all shoes and see how it feels like then they'll see what we're talking about how to get from place to place and then they'll see why they buy we always saying that's not fair why they that they need to go up on the bus fare and all that they need to go down on the bus fare not up so that's why I gave them the stars that I gave them but otherwise they're okay and they're always late on they never on time so I don't know why they need to change the bus schedule because they're never on time when they say they are they're not so stop changing the bus schedule time cuz they're never on time when they say they are.

It provides regional public transit for greater Cleveland area that allows ALL people in the area the possibility of getting around without issues of traffic and parking.
During pre and post sport or concert events many enjoy comraderie with other riders they never met before.

This Regional Transit Authority juices the poor out of their little pennies and caters to no one but themselves

Since this is my only form of transportation, I was going to give 5 stars. Then once I started to list all of the cons in my head I began to deduct, which is why my rating is at one star. If only there were a negative star rating. The increase in funds is ridiculous, considering most of RTA's passengers are either college students, or people who have a low income and can't afford a car and the payments to go with it. But I guess it does make sense to raise the prices because the only other option would be for RTA to shut down. Also the fact that the majority of these buses are never on time is absurd beyond belief. When I call the RTA answer line they're usually able to track the buses except for the ONE MAN who always says to "give the bus a chance". Two minutes, fine. But TWENTY minutes?! That is just not okay, especially when it is freezing outside. Think about how long we have to wait in the blistering cold out there! That's how people DIE! There is also one particular bus driver who is always so rude to the passengers. He normally drives the 51 bus down Pearl Rd. to Strongsville in the early afternoon. He's a short, older white man with glasses and is bald (except on the sides) who constantly yells or gives passengers an attitude if they're simply asking for directions. This man does not know how to say the word "No" politely. He also swings his arms when agitated. All we can do is hope for the best and pray for better service for those who rely on it most.
