Uber drop off was smooth. Easy to get into, staff was polite, and the environment was clean. Security was friendly and overall pretty safe feeling. We were at a CAVS game so there were handouts and lots of cool things to do before the game. The stadium was big and easy to navigate. The food was expensive, but that is to be expected anymore. Overall it is a great stadium that I would go to watch any venue.

Positives:The venue was very clean. The acoustics were good and the staff was very friendly. Parking headaches were minimized by the strong traffic control presence. It was fairly easy to get in AND out, especially taking into account the arena is situated in the heart of downtown Cleveland.
Negatives: The seating was pretty crammed and not at all comfortable. I'm 4' 11" and 125 pounds and I was cramped! Also I'm used to high prices at events like these but we paid $60 for a round of drinks for 3 people with to included. That's steep.

I've been to A LOT of concerts at sports arenas, Blossom, etc. but the opening act for Katy Perry was SO FREAKIN LOUD, I had to go out to the lobby Club Floor (4). An employee & I were talking about it. Then I went back to my seat with my husband. I just couldn't stay so I walked back out, this time my husband came with. I was sitting in the chairs in the lobby while my husband got us a drink. Then that same employee (REGINALD)came up to me & offered me ear plugs. Now that's going above & beyond!!! What a thoughtful and kind young man!! He sets the bar pretty high for exceptional customer service.

I have just come from a basketball game with tickets I won at Olivet Institutional Baptist Church. I had a great time. The Police Officers,Ushers,Concession Stand Workers,Fans,Box Office Workers,Parking Lot Attendants were all nice and courteous. I will be going back again soon. I can't wait to have another event come so I can be back in the house of The Quicken Loans Arena. Keep up the Good Work!!.

I have been there before to see lady Gaga. The place was high price with drinks and food. Then this year I wanted to see so badly, I got the tickets. However I miss her concert due to downtown parking. I was early as well. :( i was very sad that there was no where I could park. I try everything but it was late see went on. Wish I could of see her. :(

I was lucky enough to be able to come here for a watch party during the NBA finals and I was thoroughly impressed with this arena.

This place is huge. I would say it's one of the biggest arenas I've been in and is definitely a landmark in Cleveland.

The people love the Cavs and it was pretty thrilling to be able to watch a game here and take in the atmosphere. There are huge screens which make it easy to watch the game even if you are high up, away from the court. They are really nice, with crystal clear projections.

I didn't get anything from the concessions, but it looked like there were decent options if you wanted to buy anything.

I think the hallways and getting to the sections was a little confusing and the hallways appeared kind of old? I don't quite know how else to describe it. Everything else appears pretty modern and I love the hometown vibe of the place.

Really nice arena, but it seems a little small inside until you get out into the seats and then you realize the place is actually massive. Still, a great spot to watch a game!

Not really a single bad seat in the house. Food options are not bad. Favorite place to eat in the arena is B-Spot or Bar Symon! Food and drink are pricey but that's probably pretty comparable to other professional arenas. Parking is pretty expensive near by but a great place to park for cheap is at Tower City. You can also park in the Jack Casino garage and gamble for 30 minutes and get free parking.

A great facility, about to get a lot of updates. Pricing for snacks and drinks is similar to all pro level arenas and stadiums. Tons of nearby options for before and after the event. Quaker Steak and Lube at section 106. Outside smoking areas available. Cannot bring in food or drinks for most events. Staff are helpful in getting you where you need to be. I prefer the view from C level seats. The hallways aren't as crowded, the restrooms stay reasonably clean and you can go out into the hallway areas to sit with some soap e and let the kids eat or jump around for a few minutes.

I have attended sporting events as well as concerts at the Q. The staff is helpful and professional. Things move quickly, from lines to vendors to getting to your seat. The food options are fantastic. There really isn't a bad seat, although some of the upper upper ones make you feel like you could fall to your death at any moment. (OK that's a little bit of an exaggeration)
