Omg I'm still waiting in the doorway waiting to be let in. No service. There's a sign that says 'be right back in 15 mins sorry.' Totally rude.

Worse hotel ever, dirty, mildew on shower wall, stayed 4 nights and no room service showed up at all, my room was at the 3 floor and elevator was not working, leaks in the hallways turned into ice and so many more unsafe and unsanitary issues. Worse ever

Clean rooms that need a lot of cosmetic work. Functional but not pretty. Staff was super friendly and accommodating.

This place is horrible!! When I booked it said the room I reserved was supposed to have a king size bed and a pull out sofa bed. When I arrived after a 3 he drive the guy who was working the front desk was very rude!! Said the room didn't have a sofa bc he didn't have one. And when I said that's what I booked he said it was a request!! That's not a request!! Way to much drug activity. Didn't feel safe!! The elevator was horrible!! Smelled like oil. The rooms were dirty. We refused to shower there! Hair stuck to the wall. The halls smelled like weed!! The breakfast they served was stale cereal. One kind only! The oj was made there in a dirty pitcher! Very very nasty place to stay!! Not worth the price they charge!! I wouldn't stay there again if some one paid me!! Very misleading!! False advertising!! And u can't cancel! They will charge u the price of the room!! Not fair!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. The photos are deceiving, pool isn't open. Arrived here, came inside took forever for somebody to come to the front desk. From the outside you can tell this place is nasty. The place is extremely worn down. There are little crawling flying bugs on the beds/pillows. Walking into the room it smells like cigarettes, which to my understanding, you cannot smoke in a hotel room. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. There are much better hotels in Erie for relatively the same place.. (8/20/2017)

!!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE !!!!! I was planning to stay at this hotel for 2 nights with my 4 kids. The hotel staff was VERY disrespectful. When I checked in, the man at the front desk said things such as "your kids better shut the **** up" and "2 days only then you better be out at 6 a.m". Once I spent at least 20 minutes trying to find the numberless hotel room with a broken key card, the room was a mess! The bed was not made, the bathroom was filthy with dead bugs/cockroaches on the tub and floor. I pulled back the disgusting bed sheets and found cigarette burns on the blanket, living bugs, and stains of blood/urine on the under sheets. The television had no remote and did not work at all. Everything was broken, messy, and disgustingly dangerous. As soon as you walked inside it smelled like marijuana. The pool was covered so no swimming and the elevator stopped working with a woman stuck inside. After the fire department left, we left the hotel while it seemed very shady. Please don't waste your time at this hotel, drug deals and prostitution most likely. There are other hotels the same distance in interstate 90 such as Hilton Gardens Inn and Marriott at low prices with complete customer service and full cleanliness. Pass it on!

We chose the hotel, based on the "disappointing" rating. So, we weren't disappointed at all! The concierge was super helpful, and we slept great! No real issues, it's a step up from the seedy motels down the street

The hotel is nice and cozy. I only was there to meet with someone who was a guest at the hotel. The rooms appeared to be clean and kept decent. The location is close enough to downtown Erie, gas stations, and a few dining establishments. F you are inti the club scene or like to enjoy a few drinks it is closely located to establishments like jrs last laugh comedy club, the bourbon barrel, calamaris, resolution, the Warner theater, and quite a few others. It is also just a few blocks from the train station. It is also located on a major bus hub line. And is right by Enterprise and budget car rentals. The staff is polite and friendly too.

The pictures online are very deceiving! This place is very run down, the employees have little to no customer service skills. They list they have microwaves/fridge but nothing was available upon our arrival. We requested to change rooms because the initial room given was right outside a swarm of mosquito's, the second room given, had no phone, no hairdryer, clearly defined water damage within the building from the warped ceiling in the bathroom, the shower had was not only ancient but filthy and rusted. I had to also request a do not disturb sign. It was not a pleasant experience for the price I paid!!! Very disappointed
