Only good thing was the bed. The room was freezing with heating in my room not working, the hotel was loud thanks to other guests and the paper thin walls, next to no water pressure in the shower and the “included” breakfast consisted of only coffee or juice. Not worth the price.

All they had for breakfast was a couple of toast and coffee. The bedroom stink, possibly cause the put us in the basement. We asked for a room change but they said that was their last room, come to find out they had more rooms.

Room acceptable but very noisy guests late at night, and management do nothing to resolve. Not recommended if you have an early flight to catch!

The front desk staff is nice! It's conveniently located two blocks away from the air train to JFK airport. Huge plus!! The room isn't the cleanest. And during my stay, someone from the cleaning crew decided to take it upon themselves to steal my 3-year-old's teddy bear that was given to him at birth by his great grandmother who passed away. When I approached the hotel staff about this, they advised me that nobody will enter my room without my presence. Gee thanks!! But that won't replace my son's teddy bear who he sleeps with every night. Their cleaning crew should be fired!!!!

Picked an option (given to us online) to check in from 8-9 am. Got there at 8:30. Was told we couldn't check in until 3 pm, after I specifically checked the 8-9 am slot. We left and contacted booking like we were told to do so by the front desk woman. Booking informed us that Chico, the manager emailed them to say we never even showed up and that's why he's not going to refund us. When we clearly did. We called to speak to the manager later that day and the next day, and were told he was in a meeting every time. Would never make the mistake of booking this hotel again. Seemingly unprofessional.
The lady at the front desk was kind of nice. But was not very helpful.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The location allows for easy access to the JFK airport since the air train is right across the street. If you want to go to other parts of the city it's easy as well since the LIRR and train station is across the street as well.

I stayed here last night & it's the worst hotel I've ever seen. Someone had a broken shower in their room. The room they gave me had condoms on the back of the toilet, toilet paper stuck to the floor, & paper in the toilet. I asked for housekeeping & after 30 minutes of waiting, I called the front desk again & he switched my room. My 2nd room was cold & he had to fix the thermostat. I later saw a bug crawl on the side of my bed. Breakfast was stale (juice included), the waffle iron doesn't work, & both rooms smelled like armpits. They need to vacuum, too. I was told that I could talk to the manager tonight about getting a refund, then tonight I was told that he won't be in until tomorrow. They will never get another dime from me.
