It could give a five stars. But, I give this place a 4 because I was lost last week. This place has so many entrances that finding my way out was a nightmare. It was my first time going there.

I really enjoyed the VIP treatment at the Lakeland Magic basketball game last week. The valet parking was great. The various food options at the buffet style serving area were delicious. The game was very enjoyable.

Place was great, food could be better, for a the cook or catering have no idea how to cook rice. Not good. Food was just ok, except the day they had pork, now that person knew how to cook. During the weekend staff was great, Monday came staff was rude and had no idea how large our group was, the lack of food and desire to attend our needs shined brightly. Otherwise the place itself was great, clean, large enough to accommodate all and enough parking.

Great location for the city, good use of space, good acts and interests that are scheduled - biggest downside is leaving any event - takes much too long and no traffic assistance to expedite.

Good venue with a variety of concurrent public offerings and private events. Plentiful parking at a reasonable walking distance. A real asset to the community.

Very nice auditorium for pretty much any kind of event. If the space is an issue this place has got you. So much space in this facility it is vrazy. The staff was very helpful

They offer a good variety of entertainment options including concerts, shows, markets, and fairs. There are several individual theaters inside as well as convention center space. The location is centrally located, parking is paid per car, but easy to access and exit. Concerts feature big names, and old favorites. We recenter saw the Irish group, The Chieftains, who gave us two hours of traditional Celtic music and dance.

The closing ceremonies for Polk Senior Games 2017 were held here. The entertainment was fantastic. Parking is great. All the folks were friendly. There are many events held here throughout the year.
