Staff of teens is usually efficient and friendly. Cost of food & drink is way too high. Theaters and restrooms kept fairly clean. Ticket price beats the Regal Cinemas in town by a couple of bucks.

Theater was fine but the parking lot is not safe.. Park in the well-lit area. My friend and I parked on the immediate right which has less lighting and we were harassed by a man who drove up to us and then got out of his car and followed us to our car.

Staff is polite. Food is standard movie food Yuck. Seats are mediocre. I like to put my feet up when I see a movie but there's no place to do that and you're not supposed to put your feet on the seat in front of you even if it's not occupied. There's not enough of a slope if some one does sit in front of you. I wouldn't watch a long movie here because at the end of a 90 minute movie my butt is sore. To make it worse, there's a half hour of boring previews.

The theatre was clean and the staff was nice. The clientele were not. My friend and I went to see IT on opening weekend and were greeted by rude customers, constant talking during the movie, and several people on their phones.

I'm not usually one to request refunds but I had such a bad experience I almost requested it. Again, the staff and facility were satisfactory but the behavior allowed in the theatre was unacceptable.

Went there to see a movie on Saturday night and the place was like a ghost town. Looks like it might have been a happening place back in the day but appeared to be on it's last leg. No ticket person at the ticket booth so they make you wait in a long concessions line just to purchase your ticket. Only one of two concession counters were open in the main lobby and none others were open. Place could also use a good cleaning, especially the bathrooms. Overall, I'd be surprised if the place is still in business a year or so from now.

Loved this theater as Carmike, especially with the 2017 popcorn bucket and $5 Tuesdays. Since AMC has taken it over, it is still nice, but matinee prices have gone up, as have all the prices. They also don't sell bottled water, which is weird. $8.50 is way too much for a 4 year old at a matinee.

Went to see the really scary movie it today at the 3:20 matinee at AMC Raleigh 15 the concession stands were well-manned, and the lines were moving quickly. There was also a cashier outside and there was an orderly flow of traffic getting tickets due to an s-shaped line that had been formed with tape. Neither of those things had been available the last time I went to a Saturday matinee there. The Halls were clean the bathrooms were clean and I cannot say that was the case the last time. So obviously there's been an improvement or new management but I had a very nice time and was truly scared almost out of my chair at least 40 times I would recommend the movie in the theater to anyone who wanted a joyful experience.

Love it!! Movies for $2.50. I mean come on man, where would you find a better for a date or just a casual day/night out. The movies aren't like just released, but they are the ones that have just left the big movie theatres charging $13-16.

This place is in serious need of rehab. For a ticket price that's only a little less than other, up-to-date and clean theaters, it's not worth the price of admission. The bathrooms are filthy and it doesn't seem like anything past the lobby has been touched since it was built because it was falling apart. And to top it off, they aren't "fully switched over to AMC yet" so they wouldn't take our AMC coupon at the concession stand. Hopefully they will rehab the place when this happens because it's condition is close to dollar theater status.

This theater has gone down hill very fast. My family and I went last night and the bathrooms were disgusting. The toilets were not flushed and there was no paper towels. The room the movie was playing in had caution tape around a section of seats because the roof had started to come apart. The staff was not friendly as they just stood there at the register with an unfriendly look. The prices are decent but the quality of the theatre has not improved since it became AMC.

My boyfriend and I tool my daughter to see Despicable Me 3 today at 2:45. Great movie. Came out around quarter to 5 and my car had been keyed. Probably by some kid because they couldn't spell. Called to the theatre when I got home about 15 times. No answer at either time. Just trying to figure out if they have cameras pointed towards their parking lot so I can make a police report but they're not answering the phone.

Sat in the large 350 capacity music and sound off the hook. New black seats floor could be a bit cleaner. But quality of sound and picture for $5.99 cant complain.

Saw Kong Skull Island in Auditorium 13. It was a movie still in it's first week, but we went at 1 pm and it was on the super small screen. My recommendation is to call ahead and make sure you go to a time when the movie is on one of the bigger screens or go to the Regal at Crossroads if it's not at Stone if you are super picky. Other than that the concessions are nicely priced (on Tuesdays especially) and they have good popcorn here! It's an older theater with some character that they try their best to keep up. The employees and the management are very polite and professional.
