  Absolute incompetence. I came in with all correct forms and paperwork to get a Real ID. Almost two months later and I still don't have it. This location lied to me, and completely dropped the ball on making proper notation on my account in order for me to receive my ID. I will NEVER use another MVD Now location ever again due to the sheer ignorance and lack of professionalism experienced here.

  Well my experience was awesome. The staff always have a great smile and ready to have you in and out. I say to the bad comments next time take a mirror in with you because the problem may not be the employees it's yourself being demanding and disrespectful and a broom stick in the wrong area 😂

  So if this place ia supposed to be better than the regular MVD, they're not. Same attitude and incompetence. They kept trying to fax me for the title instead of the title company. Had to go in ans tell them to stop and try the right number. Still two weeks later, nothing. Went in to check and they had done nothing to follow up or resend the fax the right place. Rhw girls who work here are young, lazy and incompetent. Not to mention more expensive than rhe regular MVD. Why bother. Bad business. Don't waste your time or money coming here.

  If I could give NO STARS, I would. I lost my license, so after reviewing what the NM MVD requires now in order to get a REAL ID, I grabbed a bunch of bank statements and utility bill statements out of the "to be shredded" pile, and headed to MVD NOW. The first time I went in, I was turned away because my 40 year old social security card, which I laminated back in 1974 before it was a no-no, was rejected because it was laminated. I returned today with my replacement social security card, my recently renewed rental agreement, a couple of bank statements and utility bill statements. Well, the guy reviewing my documents rejects my bank statements because the ones I happened to grab were from Feb and March, and the kid tells me I could have moved since then. Uh huh. Okay, dig in my purse, and present him with my most recent bill for Lobo Internet, and for our trash service, AND I give him my rental agreement. For whatever reason, he rejects TWO of these, I'm not sure which, and tells me I still need another piece of paper with my current address.
  
  I left and went to MVD Express on Menaul and they had NO PROBLEM taking these documents. MY advice: Avoid MVD Now, and be sure to very carefully read over all of the documentation required on the state website.

  Horrible. Called in advance to make sure I had everything I needed. When I waited for 30 minutes, I found out whoever answers the phone has no idea what they are talking about. The employee "helping " me was happy to say "it's not my problem" I would never go back.

  One of the worst experiences I have ever had. I will use the San mateo/Lomas office from now on. They unfortunately were unable to issue a driver's id due to software issues, but double checked all my documents to be sure I had what was needed then sent me to this office. After waiting for around 20 min, the staff called me up. I explained and gave them my documents. The worker refused to take them because they "weren't what we usually get" despite being listed as acceptable under the state REAL ID sheet. I told her to check the sheet and pointed out where it was listed as acceptable. She then dismissed me again saying her Manager said they wouldn't take them. More like they couldnt be bothered. I am upset at such poor service and will send people to the other office only now.

  Employees seem unhappy. Service was slow. Everyone seems frustrated. Not very welcoming.
