Worst place in the world
they don't clean the room daily
the staff put a do not disturb tag in my door and when I went to complain about it, I was told the day shift checked me out and assigned my room to new people. Even though I didnt check out and had the room paid for 2 days the staff took it upon themselves to check me out and rebook my room to others. After further investigation I found the staff did check me out and had to rekey my room. After removing the do not disturb card and I opened the door, Nothing had been done to my room no bed made no new towels no trash taken out and I was only told it had to be me that placed the card in the door and nothing they could do for me. If I could give this unprofessional place zero.I would. So please be aware of this place. All excuses are given and everybody sings the Same sad songNot my fault
By the way watch out for those raccoons by the stairs if you have a room on the second floor.

Great experience at this hotel - the staff was courteous, the rooms were super clean, the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever had in a hotel, and the breakfast was more than you could expect. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends in visiting Orlando whether it's for a conference or just to explore as a tourist as it is super convenient! 5 stars!!

I don't think I would stay here again. You get what you pay for. Our bathroom light did not turn on so showers were in the dark. Manager came up but nothing he could do and hotel was full. TV remote did not work and was disgustingly dirty and sticky. The rug was stained and threadbare. Wore socks the whole time. 5am shuttle left about 5 after and breakfast didn't open until 10 after. it would have been nice to at leeway get a muffin and juice. The manager was very nice which is why I have the place a 2.

We have the double queen suite. And it was the size of a normal sized room nothing special. Dirty old needs re modeling and a thorough cleaning. I had to clean bed post and night stands and it had a inch of dust on and around the lamp and phone. Remote back wad broken off and volume didn't work. Fridge was dirty and rusted out and was warm when it was turned all the way up. Bathroom was dirty moldy dingy. Only reason we stayed here even 1 night is because I used my points. So it was free. But if I paid for it I would have disputed it.

Stayed here last year for 2 weeks and enjoyed it very much. Staff very professional and courteous. Loved it. Room spacious with sofa as well. Microwave and small fridge

It's not what you would think a quality inn would be like. Ive been to countless other quality inn hotels that looked 20 times better than this one. The Fridge looks like it came Out of a auto mechanic shop. It's dingy and dirty looking. The bathroom doesn't look safe to use. If you want quality, run for the hills.

The perfect airport hotel. We stayed there a total of 8 hours tops. But we were able to get a shuttle to & from the airport, when we needed it. Low stress. Low Budget. Perfect for what it was.

We stayed in this hotel as we were evacuated from south Florida for hurricane Irma. The front desk was extremely friendly and accommodating. Everything from towels to sheets.. they also gave us the dining room DURING the storm as we were celebrating a 13 year olds birthday. We lost power late that evening so they could not serve us breakfast, however they had carts with yogurt, fruit, pastries and other items that they brought room to room for us. The room was large and clean. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I never write reviews but this was such a terrible way to end my vacation. I wish I would've read the reviews before I booked this place. Almost everything I read on the other reviews was what happened during my stay. Dirty wash towels still in the shower when we arrived, dried up boogers on the pillow cases, stained blankets and sheets, bugs in the sheets. We tried at first to make it work but we became disgusted and had to change rooms at 12 in the morning (mind you we had to get up to catch the 4 AM shuttle to the airport). When we got to the other room it was cleaner but still stains on the sheets, and CRICKETS ALL THROUGHOUT THE NIGHT IN THE ROOM. We were so l disgusted we probably slept about 1 hour the whole night because we thought there were bugs crawling on us. We wanted to change hotels so bad but because it was already 12:30 AM at the time and we had to be up at 3 AM we decided to just stick it out and never return AGAIN. I hope you guys read the comments before staying and see this, wouldn't recommend to anyone. I know it's a cheap place to stay but basic cleaning should always be a priority.

Hot water didn't work. Ants in the bathroom area. Brown spot on the floor in the bathroom and other debris. Seriously. Had to switch rooms. AC unit didn't function properly so my wife and two daughters could hear everyone next door, outside, and the lawn crew in the morning. For the hot water issue I was told by the front desk I needed to "let it run longer." At that point it had already been running for 15 minutes. Should've spent $50 more somewhere else where they care about basic amenities. Afraid to check my bank statement regarding deposit and charges since the entire place is incompetent. I don't know how they maintain the franchise under the "Quality" name. Stay away.

Pretty much you get what you pay for. It was alright but I wouldn't stay more than a night. They do have a old van that will pick you up from the airport for free. The room itself was acceptable but it smelled like cigarettes & I didn't notice til the next morning that the sheets had stains on them. Luckily I think it was soda. My room was on the ground floor and did have some modern updates but it was kind of like they tried to update it & half assed it. One good thing was that you can have the window unit blowing AC constantly, so it kept the room nice & cold. Again not horrible but not the best.

Pretty decent but does need to spray for bugs again. Dead roach in the tub in the morning. Look like a drowned it in a puddle of water. Not very good truck parking. Decent place to stay for the night.

Absolutely unaccommodating
With the current issues surround united and the recent Easter holiday you think hotel management would be a little more understanding. I was bumped from a flight and forced to make last minute accommodations after being told the next flight I would be able to make would be the following day. Made the reservation however I was able to hop a flight with a different connection within an hour. Called to notify the hotel (motel) and ask for a cancellation and was told they could not, that I'd need to talk to the manager the following day. I talked with the manager who repeatedly cited the 24 hour cancellation policy despite my same day needs and got nowhere. Talked with their corporate call center and was issued a 50% refund finally. Would not recommend at all just due to lack of human decency.response / report this review
