Had a great time. There was a demo going on and I was able to try a lot of skis. Good for a day visit or a long stay.

Taken a sharp downhill turn (no pun intended) the last couple years. Rising prices for outdated accommodations and services. The remodeling from the fire will be the best thing to happen out there in years.

I had the pleasure of staying here recently, I got a reasonable rate on July 2. My room was clean and the towels and amenities are great. I ordered food take away and beer to go at the lounge and the service was great. All of the other staff was friendly and it's a beautiful place.

Played golf on the Heather golf course. The experience here is as good as you will find. The greens are in great shape. The course is very approachable.

2nd best place to ski/snowboard in Michigan. Best is Boyne Mtn. The experience is always great here. I have came as a young child and now as an adult. I will continue to go here with my family.

Well groomed and ungroomed runs for moguls.

Terrain park is lots of fun, and they have the best halfpipe in Michigan. What makes even better is that the chairlift runs right along it, so you can cruise all day on it.

The staff for all areas are really trained and managed well. The atmosphere is very local and yet very wanting of outsiders.

Amazing family place. On March Break, I always came here with my parents. There were things to do other than ski and we always had a great time. Tony (the head honcho) is amazing. All staff are very friendly and helpful

Really enjoyed my stay here! Aside from the strange room (the layout, the furniture, carpet and overall look and feel), I went on a zipline tour which was super fun and got an excellent deep tissue massage at their spa. Great dog friendly place as well with friendly staff.

Just spent the day at Highlands since the Boyne mountain lift tickets work at both. Highlands seemed to offer many more routes for the intermediate skilled rider. It was an absolutely great time and even a busy hill felt reasonably empty.

All I can say is "wow!" We just got home from a 4 day stay at Boyne. I am so amazed on how smoothly everything ran after the fire. The Boyne staff never missed a beat. We have been going to Boyne for 7+ years and were not sure how this year would be because of the fire. Don't let the internet stories deter you from visiting! The staff was amazing from check in to the delicious breakfast to check out. Thank you for making this another wonderful memory for my kids! LOVE THOSE OMELETS!
