I love coming to Bookmans. Every time I visit Arizona I always stop here before leaving. I like the quality of their used books. I also shop the audio books section. The staff is friendly. The prices are fair. Highly recommended.

Sometimes you can find some good items but I personally think their prices are a little high for second hand items. Some of the staff is nice and some are not. One of my favorite places to sell unused items because they take so many different things and not just books and music.

This place is very expensive! Very over priced! I saved up my tickets for credit and they screwed me over big time. I had at least 13 dollars in credit,but pretty sure it was 15 dollars. So i go back in a couple minutes later and asked for a manager. She said it looks like the employee did it right. Even though she couldn't find the credit receipts. What happened to customers are always right,I'm handicapped I feel like they think I'm stupid or something or don't know how to read. Bookmans in Phoenix is a lot better. They say they have to much of things in stock so they can't take anything right now. Thats a load of B.S. That I've ever heard of. They have stolen things from me when I was trying to get money from them. They gave Me 2 dollars today for the same thing in the store was 8 dollars. That's is f---ed up. They are rude and very inconsiderate to people. They never have sales. Think twice before going here for money and trades. Plus 2 dollars for vhs movies that ridiculously priced. 😒😞😣

I had a issue with selling some of my stuff. I emailed the store manager. Not only did she get back to me right away she also took care of my issue. Completely satisfied. I want to thank her again for taking care of me so quickly.

Great place for buying and selling books as well as other merchandise. I take all my books there and give my kids the credit to buy themselves books. And since they choose them, they love to read them. The variety of books is amazing. And the music section seems to be super popular. I take one star off due to the smell (I know it's the books, but I can't stand it) and how disorganized the area behind the counter isit stresses me out. If I was a manager I'd figure out how to get those piles of merchandise hidden behind walls until they are put on the shelves. Even some short walls, or shelves. It looks chaotic.

Great place to get used books, or sell books and other random tidbits. They have fun events for kids, and a great kids club discount on books for kids. The only thing i wish they had was better organization of the books, especially in the kids isle. Currently you have to hunt through the books to find a specific one if they have it. Also, there's no way for them to look up if they even have the book on hand, just where there book "might" be.

Obviously this place is awesome what's not to like about it. Also the people there are always friendly in my experience. My husband and I also recently picked up a keyboard from here and it is awesome, also the price was decent. This book and also has a large variety of everything you would expect I didn't even make it to the music section.

This is such a fun, funky and friendly store! My whole family loves it here, Grammy included! There truly is something for everyone. It is inexpensive and clean with amazing customer service. I go down memory lane everytime we visit. It takes me back to my childhood. I can show my kids things from my youth and then they show me the newer stuff they are into. The selection is outta this world. When I need a gift or something that I know you're not going to find at every store I go here. If you have a hard to shop for person, check out this place. I cannot say enough. Everyone needs to experience this store.

The employees are incredibly friendly, the atmosphere is fantastic, and this is honestly a heaven to anybody who loves books, movies, games (including retro games), and music! This place has all of that and so much more! The trade-in value of what you bring is so much better than many other places, and prices here are great! When you go browsing through their sea of items, you will find so many things you will want to buy, and you will probably walk out carrying way more than you intended.

It's always fun to go here. Tons of treasures to find. The trade in system is a pretty good value. Get rid of the stuff you haven't used forever and get something new/used. Their selections are big. The only fault that i see I thisplace is the pricing on their movies but you can blame that on big box and online stores lowering the cost of them to a fraction of what they cost years ago.

This place is GREAT! huge selection and very reasonable prices. Super organized and easy to find what you may be looking for. Easy to lose track of time in here, so much to check out. Will definitely check here for books, music and movies before ordering online.

Bookmans a cool place for the acquired taste. They're the only place I know that I could trade in books to get money back. Plus I have a very unique set of inventory. I recommend going here if you like finding interesting things or you need something nice for a reasonable price. Plus always know that they give you more store credit for your books of your stuff in cash so keep that in mind when you're preparing to make a shopping trip so that you can use that toward something there.

BEST STORE EVER!!! I seriously LOVE this store and wish we had em in California. But then I'd probably be totally broke. I usually spend like $100 but the prices are good, I just buy a lot. They have a fabulous selection of used books! As well as awesome old video games! All the way back to the original systems like original Nintendo and all the video game consoles and games and controllers and boxes and parts. They also have instruments and board games and movies and music and comics and magazines as well as home decor and Bookmans merchandise and pins and random stuff too. Basically everything you could ever want besides food, clothes, and furniture. All used and good prices and still in good shape! Staff are friendly and helpful and the place feels inviting and nice. I go to Bookmans as much as possible every time I visit Arizona. But at least once is absolutely essential.
