Love bowling at this place. But the service SUCKS! bowled three games and not one server! I asked the guy that works here how do I get a drink, he says your waiter will be by I told him we have been here for 3 hours!! And it wasn't even busy..it was a Friday afternoon. This is the second time this has happened that is why I decided to write a review..guess I'll try Main Event next time!!

Hosted a work break with our church. It was awesome and they served us excellently. Clean bowling alley and great atmosphere. You should try it.

Cosmic bowling on Tuesday night? This is absolutely ridiculous. I get that on the weekends it's party time. I'm an avid bowler, and I have been looking for a place to practice a couple of nights a week. The place I am on a league at never has open bowling on my off time. I guess at Bowlero they mandate cosmic bowling after leagues are over. Not coming back here, guess I will keep looking.

Too busy catering to league bowling, casual bowlers get turned away frequently. Pretty rude and unfriendly counter staff and not to mention way overpriced. It's a shame because it used to be such a fun place but now it just kinda sucks. I've completely stopped even trying to get a lane there.

This place was a LOT better when it was just BrunswickXL. The new renovations are nice but a huge flaw. They didn't have bowling balls to cater to all different types of players. I bowl a 13 pound XL finger sized ball. They only seemed to have 6-12 pound small/medium finger sized balls and when I asked the counter if they have any of what I used, they just shrugged their shoulders and was like "oh, nah."

Fresh remodel. They did a great job! We had a fun party there then stayed longer with my family. Kids and adults loved it!

Best bowling alley in the area!!! We had so much fun tonight bowling and playing in the arcade. My kids also loved the bumper cars. Great games and generous prizes for the kids. Excellent staff and customer service. Food was really good too!!! Best of all.VERY CLEAN!! We will be going again soon!

Lanes are great, like half the bowling alleys in Phoenix area doing black light on all lanes during weekend days is total garbage. Bars pretending to be bowling alleys.

Don't ever go here, manager was a complete a**hole. I have never been treated so rudely or with such disrespect as I was at this place. . . .also, they serve mediocre food and don't have any napkins. No napkins? Seriously???? I had to use paper towel from the bathroom. This place just sucks.

I took 6 kids to play laser tag on a Friday morning when they were out of school. The laser tag was down for maintenance, but rather than have some unhappy kids management gave us a free game of bowling while we waited for the laser tag to be up and running. All of the staff was very friendly and made our stay very enjoyable.
The kids also raved about how cool the laser tag was. Definitely something we will do again.response / report this review -

They have a bowling alley, bar, arcade, and laser tag. Pretty much everything you could want in one place. The food is okay, and the service is good depending on when you go. Overall, it is a fun place to go whether you are with friends, family, or for date night.
