I was severely disappointed both with the service and the food. After reading reviews online I was expecting a lot more. With a server, an assistant server and one other person on each table I would think there would be more attention paid. The steaks were ok, the dessert was ok. Definitely had better steak, side dishes and dessert at Frank and Albert's while we were in the area on vacation. Wouldn't recommend Donovan's unfortunately.

Professional wait staff, friendly bartenders, h'ordeuvres timely/significant portion and main (porterhouse) was cooked to perfection and complimented with delicious garlic mash. Would recommend.

A truly memorable dinner. As expected great prime steaks. The best cold water lobster tail I have ever had in a restaurant. Awesome wine by the glass selection and the Warm Brownie sundae dessert is worth saving some room for.

Food was good. Girlfriend had to send her steak back because it wasn't cooked to the right temperature she wanted. Gave us a 2nd chance to come back and they took care of our bill. 2nd time i had to send my steak back because it came out med rare when i asked for medium. If you are a steak house and as a guest we are paying these prices you would expect your cooks would keep thermometers to check the temps so things lime that don't happen. Overall the food was good. Service was spectacular. Staff was friendly. Manager was very attentative.

Great service and great food. My wife and I had the surf and turf. Both the lobster and the filet melted in our mouth. We have eaten in some of the top steak and chop restaurants in the country. Donovan's is in the top 5 in service and taste of their food.

Besides getting my order wrong it's a great steak spot. Their Cajun ribeye is one of the few I've ever had done correctly. My steak was just a touch over cooked but the entire experience was great.

The atmosphere was relaxing for our Friday date night. The food was excellent, fresh, had wonderful flavor and was comforting. We will definitely dine here again.

My wife and I arrived at Donovan's on a Monday evening to be welcomed by the Valet who was quick to open my wife's door. From this point, all the way to when he closed the door on our exit we were treated like royalty and it was sincere! This is what made the experience so enjoyable, not to mention it was the best steak one could ask for, it was PERFECT, just like all the reviews have stated.
The service was just right! My wife and I together felt comfortable and had an excellent dining experience and recommend Donovan's to everyone!

A five star from start to finish. The staff was very friendly and professional. The food was amazing - by far one of the best steakhouses I have been in. I would highly recommend this restaurant!
