  This was my first visit and I loved it. I got an honest opinion on what I needed, no up selling like is so common. I was in and out, they actually keep their appointment times! Last but not the least the Dr and his staff are skilled virtually painless compared to my past experiences at other places.
  Aug 2017 - I had a filling done this morning, was surprised how quick and painless everything was. Clear communication throughout. Best dentist in town.

  The office staff is highly Unprofessional, they don't even check what the insurance covers and keep giving you new bills every time you come in.
  And they are just not very friendly
  
  The only good thing is the hygienist
  
  The new dentist I went to checked everything and told me what the insurance covers and does not cover. And they are polite and friendly.

  I had to switch dentists recently due to insurance changes. I am underwhelmed with this dentist's office. The first visit, the dentist I scheduled the appointment with never saw me and instead I was given a sales pitch by a different dentist. The most recent visit, I never saw a dentist at all, not even to quickly check my teeth. I only saw the dental technician who cleaned my teeth. She was fine. I have a lot of gum recession and sensitivity and have for awhile. She commented in passing that based on how sensitive it was, she might need to treat it to help. But then she didn't do anything other than clean and just mentioned that maybe I should treat it next time. I don't understand why she couldn't just do the treatment today. My last dentist would have. I am really sad that I can't still go to my old dentist because of my insurance. Overall, I have been underwhelmed by this office.

  I've been a patient here for more than 15 years. They are always friendly, quick and don't try to get me to have work done that isn't necessary or expensive. Anytime I hear someone looking for a new dentist I recommend Biltmore Dental.

  I ended up here after visiting several other dentists when I first moved to Phoenix 12 years ago. I've been loyal ever since! Just make sure you arrive on time because they will be ready for you at your appointment time. Dr. Plisky is really nice and so is everyone else. They are really great with my kids too. I definitely recommend Biltmore Dental!

  One word for the folks at Biltmore Dental - AWESOME!
  
  I have been going to the practice for about 12 years now, getting regular cleanings with Elaine and annual checks with Dr. Plisky. Diana and Martina in the front office are always polite, courteous and very helpful! After I got married I had my wife start going to this practice and we are both very happy!
  
  I would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a new dental practice.

  My husband and I have been going to Dr. Pliskey for about 15 years now. He is an excellent and very experienced Dentist and is always so pleasant and professional. All the staff are always so warm and friendly. The office is spotless and clean. The best Dentist office and team in town. We always enjoy our visits. Thank you. Ann and Tim Hamilton.
