Place and room is fairly large and with ample parking space. Staff is friendly. However room maintenance is a great concern. Hotel bathroom does not have an exhaust fan and toilet use will spoil your room ambiance (haha)!!! When we voiced out this concern to services, not much concern or help is rendered. Like take it or leave it (uh-oh) PS. Dont be fooled with the vent in bathroom. It does not work.

This was my first time staying at this hotel. I stayed for 5 nights.
The staff was absolutely wonderful. The housekeepers were extremely friendly and took very good care of my room.
I stayed on the 6th floor and absolutely loved the balcony.
The sheets, bed, bathroom and the rest of the room were clean and everything worked!
My only complaint is the $50.00 charge they placed on my card for "incidentals" which they said would be put back right after I checked out. It's been 4 days and I have yet to get the money back. It's a small issue but a bit annoying nonetheless. Aside from that, I would easily recommend this hotel.

Good customer service and good housekeeper!! They are helping to me a lot. When I visited that hotel , I fight my boyfriend. He bully to me. When l cry , Housekeeper hear and they tell manager or something I don't know. Someone call my room and my boyfriend scare and he stop bully to me. that why I want to say thank you all employees . Very appreciate

Decor a little dated, but very clean and nice. Excellent, professional, polite staff. GREAT food at the Redstone Grill!! Bacon cheddar burger for dinner & delicious breakfast. Super quiet, good TV channel selection. Liked it a lot!

The facility is nice. The pool even nicer, has a water fountain doubles as a bridge you can swim under. The layout is simple. Staff members are nice and helpful. Was here for over a month straight and had to switch rooms due to bad AC unit but maintenance was quick to respond and front desk had me switched in no time. Has a restaurant/room service and convention area and a small bar.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was easy access, right off the 60 on S. Country Club and had plenty of parking. The pool was clean and the area around it well kept. The waterfall over the pool was a nice feature. Our bed was comfortable, the room was spacious, and the staff were all very helpful and pleasant. The only negative (and it is very common, so not just ar this site) was the A/C unit turns off and on all night and disturbed my husband's sleep. The wall thermostats don't seem to be so noisy. I would stay here again!

The white led lights in the room are too bright and sterile. I feel like I'm staying in a hospital room. Softer lights would be better.

We had excellent service. The breakfast buffet had many selection from cold cereals to fresh waffles, bacon, eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, fruit, yogurt & more. Raul was very approachable & knowledgeable. Thank you everyone at Holiday Inn Express in Mesa, AZ.

Poor night manager is by himself without any support. We have to wait because most likely he had to go take care of something, again, poor kid is alone taking calls and checking people in. So faulty and lack of good service is not to be blamed on him, rather, blames goes to whoever decided one person can cover all in Spring Training Baseball Season which I believe is the highest season for this area since rates are above the average year round.
I have no plans on using this facility again. As a platinum member who has been using Holiday Inn for many years, this by far has been the most disappointing.
Simply put, it's not worth the high rates they're charging you in Spring Training season and you're better off going anywhere else.
I honestly rarely or never write negative comments but given the circumstances, something has to be said hoping they will upgrade and save their service.

Nice hotel with clean rooms and comfortable beds, for a good price. Close to a lot of restaurants, and about 15 min from the airport. Breakfast buffet is decent, but isn't included in the room price. A lot of parking, but not all of it is close to the door. Overall good place to stay. I've stayed here before and will continue to stay here when I'm in the area.
