Enjoyed a great stay while this location was under construction. Friendly staff and comfortable room.

Hotel is under construction. There were a few hiccups in our stay (for example, there are no longer kitchenettes in the king suites, which is part of why we booked this hotel) and the first floor is a construction mess, but the staff has all been wonderful. Would stay again after the remodel is completed.

Very good location. Easy in and out. Under renovation otherwise would have gotten 5 stars. Friendly and very helpful employes. Renovations should be completed by January.

The hotel was decent though it was under renovation, the lobby was non existent, check in was at the business center, bad but not unbearable. Room was newly renovated and OK. The issue was they put me in a room next To The elevator equipment room. The noise and vibration every time the elevator was used was unbearable To get a good night's sleep. This room should NEVER be rented out. As I was awake all night I just made reservations elsewhere and moved to a new hotel. In sure they would have changed rooms for me but the fact they put me in there in the first place made me decide not to give them any more of my business.

They are going through a remodel. Nevertheless, the staff was courteous. The room was spacious and modern. We had drinks and dinner in the bar, which was perfect after a long flight.

Great staff. Poor management that allows one person to handle phones and check ins. Hotel under construction with filthy hallway carpets with odor. Rooms were fine but no cold water. Hesitant to do any hilton properties in phoenix ever again.

Last minute need for hotel because flight 2 hrs late. Great price and close to airport. Shuttle driver, Mike was there quickly, offered cold water, and very polite. We had not expecting need for pick up so only 1 dollar bill between us to tip. He was so kind and didn't seem to mind that. But please know how much his service was. Nice to encounter such a find young man.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the cheapest rates around
I was pleased with the service. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The only think that I would have liked is if there were more amenities close by such as other restaurants.response / report this review -
