This Marriott hotel has the level of amenities and service that we expect at the moderate price level. One issue for me was the room arrangement. Somehow the design of the living area vs. sleeping area was a little off. The bedroom area was cramped and the living area was poorly set up. Otherwise it is a pleasant place to stay.

Nice hotel with good staff. Nothing spectacular but nothing terrible either. It's the kind of place that you will be happy you stayed at but will very easily forget. The included breakfast is a very normal choice of egg, a type of sausage, cereals, oatmeal, make-your-own-waffle, a couple of fruits and sides and your standard supply of breads and bagels. Absolutely fine, just nothing of note or outstanding. The rooms are large suite studio rooms, the bed is OK. Clean and comfy, good strong AC. I usually pump up the AC all day to cool the room and then turn it off to sleep so the noise doesn't bother me. The location is good. Nothing of particular note close by but a car is preferred to get around. All the parking in the area is free. All in all a solid 4star, nothing terrible but nothing outstanding. I would stay again if in the area.

Hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly. The rooms were big and had plenty of room for the whole family. We had a small leak develop in our room and the maintenance personnel were quick to come to the room to investigate and try and correct the situation.
If you are planning to stay in the Phoenix area and want to be a little away from downtown, this is a great place to relax!response / report this review -

Pleasant staff that are happy to accommodate guests and never short on smiles. Rooms are clean and spacious. Bed was comfy, although not a huge fan on the pillows. Linens smelled fresh. Good complimentary breakfast with hot meal options.

Very nice place in a very nice area. Room is very nice and is more of a Jr Suite not a true two room suite. Other than that beautiful and the staff is great. Free breakfast is plentiful and tasty. Enjoy

Rooms are small. The "deluxe" breakfast buffet was horrible. Not very much to choose from and the quality of the food was worse. One of the front desk ladies was very Nice, the other one was very unpersonable. The pool area was nice and everything was very clean

Everything is excellent. The only small problem at this hotel is that breakfast ends much earlier than most other hotels and it's inconvenient to have to choose between more sleep and convenient breakfast right in the hotel.

Large rooms, not true suite with door that closes. Decor starting to look dated. Would consider stay again.

We had a great stay! Room was clean and tidy, the employees we encountered were friendly, and the hotel is near a lot of shops and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again!
