Service manager couldn't help solve my intermittent no start problem on my 05 srx.seemed to have no concerns about my issue payed twice to tow it there in Andover waste of time and energy. I wanted a caddy dealer to solve my problem.

I needed a part for my vehicle. Google showed Woodworth as an auto parts store as well as an auto dealer. I had doubts about a dealer being a competitive auto parts store. Wrong, I got a superior product not typically available elsewhere and great service.

I have a high end Mercedes and a Audi sports car and am used to getting great car service.

We purchased a chevy SUV from Woodworth's dealership last year and completed our first warranty annual service today and must admit the service level was similar to what I get from my other vendors. The service manager was extremely attentive and all work was completed ahead of the time frame. Very impressive.

The Woodworth Cadillac Team did an excellent job, as always. We had a our side view mirror replaced and the quality of work and matching of the paint was perfect. The staff was courteous and efficient. Would recommend them to all perspective customers.

Great team, top notch customer service. These guys are great and worked hard to make sure I was able to get my dad the truck he wanted at the price he needed. Marc and Tim were great saved me from going to ford or even dodge I was not there to pick up the vehicle as I had to work myself but my mom and dad went and they were very happy with the overall, based on the time my mom explained to me it sounds like you guys could use some more Finance managers on busy days but being in the business I know those days are not predictable entirely.

Make sure to ask for Mark! After spending 7 painful hours calling dealerships trying to purchase a vehicle I finally called the correct dealership. Woodworth was the shining star of the day that hung far above the rest. Mark and I were able to make the deal over the phone so I did not waste my time driving there. Also he got me exactly what I asked for no more no less perfect execution. When I arrived. When I arrived Mark who took excellent care of me. He did not waste any time. Super professional dealership! Would reccomend to anyone.
