  These guys know their stuff and the manager Paul is a no nonsense guy who tells it like it is. This is probably the last of the honest repair shops. Prices are right in line with what they should be. They don't fluff it up. I made an appointment and they stuck to the time they told me. Really appreciate the service, but most of all the honesty.

  I bought my Acura TL from here. I am so happy, it drives perfect and looks brand new! The sales man was very nice and answered all my questions. They did everything for my finance and even did inspection and gave me license plate so I didn't have to wait at RMV. In back is Lowell Automatic Transmission and Paul the manager told me I was now their family and they would help me whenever I need. Thank you for all you do. I will be telling everyone to come here!

  This was, by far, the best place I've ever been to for any kind of car trouble/repair. My pregnant wife & I broke down on the side of the highway about an hour before they closed. I called and the manager said to bring it anyway and they would look at it first thing in the morning. We were from out of town and he offered a place for us to stay the night since we weren't familiar with the area! We ended up staying in a hotel but they sent someone to pick us up from the hotel and bring us to the shop! They were extremely nice when we got there and helpful. My car was done before we got there and it was a pleasure working with them. I definitely recommend this place to everyone!

  I got my car here and continue to service it at Lowell automatic transmission with a great experience every time! Smiling faces, excellent work and prices,and most importantly they are very honest and straight forward! Would and have recommend these guys to anyone looking for a car or to service their vehicle! Thanks Dennis and rest of the lowell automatic transmission team!!
