I highly recommend this place based on my experience !
My experience is absolutely fantastic ! Mike is the key guy, who takes care it very well and ensure that customer goes with full satisfaction. I went there two times. In both cases, my car was hit from back. They fixed it very nicely. It looks just like original new after fixing.

Mike gave a good estimation of time and cost. He said, it would take 2-4 days and I got the car in that time He always updated me time to time. In that way, I felt very comfortable .

When it was done, I went there and made an inspection. There a negligible polish issue. I addressed that and was immediately taken care of. I highly recommend this place !

I had to head out to Carstar after a minor fender-bender. I was paying to have a few streaks toward the rear of the car I collided with buffed out. I wasn't really in a very good mood upon arrival, considering the circumstances. But the staff was very kind - everyone, from the customer service woman who I first talked to, to the person who did the buff job, to Mike, one of the managers. I was even offered a free soda while I was waiting for the work to be done. After the buff was completed, the man who owned the car I collided with wasn't satisfied, pointing out a scratch still visible and beyond repair by a buff job. Mike made up a bottle of touch-up paint, and showed the car owner how to apply it by applying the first coat of the paint himself. Then, he threw in the touch-up bottle free of charge. They really made my day, turning around a really stressful incident into the feeling that there are plenty of friendly people still out there.

I dropped off my car at this location to get my front bumper fixed and painted (insurance claim) this past monday and they were so helpful in getting everything ready to go, I also provided a front lip to get painted and they actually installed the lip free of charge and gave me a great price on getting it painted seperately, the work looks amazing and my car looks brand new again Jennifer was very helpful thanks Carstar! :)

I can not say enough great things about this place. This will be the 3rd time i brought my car in for service, and it went exactly as I expected. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. They said my repair would take 7 days and actually got it done in 4! And the Car looked amazing, they even vacuumed my interior and washed the whole car. I would not bring my car anywhere else!

Customer service is really important for me and I'm willing to pay a few extra dollars to have it. Keatley might not be the cheapest detail shop around, but I still found their prices to competitive and quality of work top notch.When I dropped off my car I wound up meeting one of the co-founders, James. They also wiped down my engine bay, which looked great! I'd have to say this is one of the best detail shops I've ever been to and the customer service is excellent. I'll be coming back again, highly recommended!They also have the ability for you to register and schedule appointments online, nice perk!
