AVOID at all costs. These guys are a joke. If they tell you your car will take 10 days to fix add on another 2-3 weeks. They tell lies to your insurance company to make themselves look good and take no accountability for delays caused by their own lack of time management, parts ordering etc They will blame you (the paying customer) for everything. Rick the body shop manager is the most arrogant and classless person I've ever spoken to. Zero customer service skills and won't admit fault when there is clear evidence against him. Bottom line, go find a body shop that treats their customers with respect and dignity.; DON'T go to Tulley.
I was so sad when my beautiful BMW 135i got rear ended. After going through my insurance company, I had told them I wanted my car repaired at Tulley Collision Center because of the great service that I had recieved in the past. I dropped my car off the next day where I was pleasantly greated by Kayla. She gave me a great feeling that my car and myself were in great hands. She set me up with enterprise and I was on my way back in business within minutes. As my car progressed at the shop, Tulley began to send pictures of the work that was being performed. I thought this was a great feauture seeing I was already having seperation anxiety at this point. Kayla had contacted me the following friday to inform me that my car was ready at my convienence and that it looked great. When I arrived at Tulley and saw how great my car looked I knew immidately that I had made a great choice by letting TCC handle my car. As I was crusing away from Tulley, I thought to myself I definately dont want to get rear ended again but if it does happen, I look forward to do businness with Tulley again. Kayla and her team really made this terrible situation into a great experience. Thanks!
Very happy with the whole process; it was quick and painless; loved the internet access to see the progress on my vehicle!
There is no way any of these positive ratings are legit
"I have lived in Nashua my whole life and I have always serviced my GMC at Tulley. They have a great business that has served the community well over the years. "
I went there to get new brakes and rotors and they estimated the cost to be over 1 thousand dollars. I might be young but im not stupid. I thought it would be nice to have a pontiac dealership fix my pontiac but not at that scam price. My uncle and i did it for around 150$ in half an hour. Thats with all top of the line stuff not the cheap stuff they wanted to put on it at Tulleys. This place is way overpriced, rude and low quality.
AGAIN do not believe any of the positive remarks They have to be accounts made by managers or staff that work there
Rick in the body shop was great-so efficient and polite.they repaired our toyota after an accident and did a great job. One of the receptionists was rude to our son but the experience with the autobody was great
2001 Audi with front bumper damage. Pleasant to work with. Signed an estimate. They came in under estimate. Happy with the work and they cleaned my car inside and out. Never expected a big dealer body shop to be reasonably priced.
