I was looking for a car and came into your dealership and was greeted by a friendly young man by the name of Jared Zenga. He was very professional and knowledgeable with the cars I was looking at. He wasn’t a typical pushy salesman that I have often dealt with at other dealerships. I would highly recommend Herb Chambers Danvers to my family and friends!

I am completely happy and satisfied with the attention and services provided by the sales man Franc. I usually don't go out of my way to write a google review, but in this case I felt like I had to since I know it can be very helpful for future customers. I strongly recommend Franc because he not only offered me an impeccable assistance, he was also very straight-forward with everything he said, which made me feel I was talking to a specialist in cars. He definitely knows what he is doing!

Last week I went to this dealership to look at some Cherokees and I have never been more pleased to be accompanied by a very experienced salesman, Lucas! Lucas was very informative and answered all my questions efficiently. He knew that I was not ready to buy the car that day or even that week, and he still was extremely helpful. I will be back to make the purchase eventually and I highly recommend that you choose Lucas for your salesman!

Hey, just wanted to drop a quick review, I recently went to this dealership to look at some wranglers for a future purchase. I worked with a salesman named Lucas. He was outstanding, answered all of my questions on the car, and was very positive throughout the whole process even when knowing I was not ready to buy that day. Had the most exceptional service on my Fiat 500! I have been to several certified Fiat service centers since my dealer stopped servicing them. So far the customer service and service at Herb Chambers has been phenomenal. From my first call, speaking with Craig Calisto in the service department, to my actual visit and service appointment, I have been extremely happy. Everything I was having issues with was addressed. Communication regarding what was to be done was detailed. Work was done, and I am thrilled. Will plan to bring my car back for routine service as well as anything else in the future! Thanks!

I try repeatedly to reach the service department. I have went 2 straight days without having someone pick up the phone. That is not an exaggeration. I have literally called over 10 times and no one has answered the phone. I have to get my company vehicle serviced there and I have gone 3 weeks without hearing 1 thing. I call and call and call and I get literally no answer. I called this morning and spoke to the sales department and asked if the service department was open and she told me that they would call me back. I am not holding my breath. I have never been so frustrated with a car dealership then I am now.

THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!
John Chiavaras is excellent. It was the best car/truck purchase ever.
He is very easy to work with -takes the time to explain every step of your purchase and makes sure it goes smoothly. He goes above and beyond and is not your typical pushy car salesman. There was no haggling over the price-no going back and forth to a "sales manager" which made the experience so much more pleasant. George was pleasant and straightforward as well. John was NO PRESSURE, honest and very funny. John is a huge asset to Herb Chambers as because of the way we were treated we bought the Dodge Ram! It was the first place we tried and we will definitely recommend to family and friends. He even drove us to lunch so we would not have to wait in the dealership for the registration/insurance response and picked us up! We enjoyed his navigation of the entire process and keeping us updated. Thank you John !!!

The best car (actually truck) buying experience. My husband and I recently purchased our first pick up truck and John Chiavaras was wonderful to work with. He was patient, honest, no-pressure and has a great sense of humor. I dread going to car dealerships, and John made our experience a true pleasure. There was no question that he couldn't answer and the entire process was stress free. We also had a great experience working with Will on the pricing. He has a no BS, low key and genuine approach which we really appreciated. If you are thinking of buying a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep or Ram - go straight to these guys. You won't regret it!

Best service advisor ever.
I am a very loyal customer to Herb Chambers Dodge of Danvers and expect good service. When ever my vehicles are under the care of Craig I never have to worry. He follows through to ensure the work is done correctly and that you are satisfied with everything.
He goes the extra mile and does what it takes for you to be satisfied.
He also gives updates on the status of the work being done so you know what's going on and when the work will be completed.

If you are looking to buy a car with no hassle and no pressure you need to go into Herb Chambers and ask for Lew Silvano! He is truly exceptional with his knowledge and his easygoing temperament. He quickly gained my trust within the first few minutes. I told him what I wanted, what I was willing to pay and Lew not only listened, he delivered! This was kind of confusing to me. I mean I was ready to get all defensive and plan my big storm out as most Clients need to do to prove a point that we will not overpay for a car! But than I realized I didn't have to resort to any drama. Lew even suggested I may want to take some time to think about it and get back to him?? What?? I was being offered a better deal than I could ever of thought of getting! So if you want a nice experience buying a car then I would highly recommend Lew! Although don't take my word for it, this guy is 5 stars all the
way.. just read the rest of his reviews!! Thanks, Lew! You can expect many referrals from me!! Please, please, Never turn into that pushy arrogant know it all car salesperson we all want to avoid!! Your the Best. Love my car!

I had been looking for a Jeep Wrangler or a couple of months and someone suggested I look into leasing one. I reached out to Mike Doucette of Herb Chambers Jeep in Danvers and he was super helpful. I had a ton of questions and he answered them and never got impatient with all of them even though they may have been silly. Once the decision was made, Mike got things moving quickly so I could get in my Jeep as soon as possible and he explained everything as we went along. Also who was very helpful was the finance guy Zack. Another man who was patient and personable. Both Mike and Zack made an anxiety provoking event smooth and seamless. And now I have a brand new Jeep for a price I can afford. Thank you Herb Chambers and Mike and Zack for all your hard work. I am very pleased. I should add that when I picked up the Jeep it was prepared and perfect.

We just leased our second car from Bill Lee at Herb Chambers. He runs a fantastic team. We got there with our "turn in" car just before closing, and Bill had his team immediately doing everything -- turning in the old car, writing the lease for the new car, changing the plates, informing us of new features -- it was amazing. Bill's team is like a well-oiled machine. We love the new car, and we had a great experience at the dealership on Saturday. Thank you to everyone who accommodated our crazy schedule!! We will definitely go to Bill again when the lease is up!

I went into Herb Chambers with a specific car in mind and 2 days later left driving home that exact car. I had the pleasure of dealing with Lew for sales and Joe for finance and they were both outstanding. They made the process of buying a car fun and stress-free. Everyone was funny and down to earth and they helped me get the best and most sensible deal.
