An extremely professional and courteous experience. Jeremy helped me through the car buying process step by step, even going so far as to text me relevant information through the week leading up to the signing. Mr. Lovering himself lead me through the financial information. A beautiful, clean dealership where everything could not have been easier and more comfortable. My car buying experience with Lovering Volvo was very professional. They have a new showroom that is so beautiful to walk into. I was greeted immediately by my sales representative and spoke briefly with the general sales manager. A few emails were exchanged and always answered the same day. The purchase went smoothly and I'm enjoying my new car!

Excellent Customer Service and Sales. They were very accommodating and patient when it came to leasing my 2nd volvo from them. Their service department was excellent to deal with for the minor issues I had. I would definitely recommend to anyone interested in purchasing a Volvo you will be given exceptional customer service. Buying/Leasing new cars sometimes can be a painful experience. Lovering Volvo is an exception. Top Notch!!

Had a great experience with the dealership. I think it is the first time I had such a smooth experience in getting a car. It is alway stressful whether you are getting a good deal or are you getting ripped off. As of now I know that I received a great deal.

Great experience leasing a car. Made it simple and stress free. No games just showed me the cars and helped me find the right car for my needs. Fantastic in EVERY way!
Lovering got so many great reviews that we stopped there first on our quest for a new Volvo. What a great decision that was for our family. Although the dealership was fairly busy (it was late afternoon), we were greeted warmly by James Malone, took a car for a test drive (alone - felt good to be able to converse freely with my spouse without having a rep in the car with you), and ultimately purchased the best car ever! James even entertained the kids free of charge while we finished up the paperwork with the nicest Finance person I've ever dealt with.

Upon picking up a clean, shiny new car at the time we chose, Tom Coutu was professional, knew the vehicle well, helped with the complete setup of the car (including all the amazing techie features), and we were able to drive it home with all my preferences set and ready to go.

This dealership should be everyone's first stop if they are in the market for a Volvo.

Just bought my first Volvo from Lovering and had a great experience. Tom C. in sales was great to work with! Unlike every other dealership I visited while buying a car, the sales staff at Lovering were down to earth and nice. Never felt like I was being fed a line of BS like at most other dealerships where they have over the top sales pitches. Love my new car, happy with the deal I got, and happy to have dealt with a family-owned dealership.

For the last decade, I've been a loyal Subaru driver, so to hand over the keys last week and officially move my loyalty to a new brand is a big deal. In this case, it was an easy decision. It's enough that the Volvo product is a fantastic and comfortable product, but add to that the passion and friendliness of the Lovering Family and this purchase was a no brainer.
