Mechanical work is good, but pricy. Had protectorant added to new car. The product seems to be well applied, but there was lack of detail in polishing and cleanup. Windows had bad haze from overspray, streaks on all sides of car, handprint on inside of drivers door. Even after return trip to dealer to correct these problems, windows are still hazy.
I've had other engine work done on an older vehicle which was done properly the first time. So it appears to only be lack of attention to detail when treating the finish on a new car.
A special thanks and shout out to Darlene Duncan and Moses (sorry don't know his last name). They not only were professional but kind and understanding of my special needs. When the car happened to go down right after a repair. They were on the spot and had me (and my car back) in the shop before an hour was up! I really can't say how impressed I was with both of them. They are certainly part of the reason I saw a few #1 in customer service banners when I entered the service area. Bravo Zulu to you all.
Very bad service, they will let you schedule appointment online and when you show up for service driving an hour they say they cannot service on Sundays computer must have slipped through the system. They say "We service only particular things on sunday", if thats the case some sensible person in your dealership if any should put this note on the website. Very convenient these days to blame computers. As such I never liked service there but due to lack of hyundai dealership in Mass area you try to make things work of what you get. I have been a big fan of Hyundai (Owned three cars so far) all these years but no more since I moved to Mass, will sell and get rid of the car ASAP.
Today they said they'd honor a price and that we were all set. So we changed plans and work and started the paperwork like he said. I filled credit app, changed insurance, got pay off, and on his end he said was being put together to sign for that price no problem
Then 4 hrs later to decide to call and say they ran the numbers and it NOW doesnt work?! To then back out of their commitment and word to us that it was a deal!? The salesman was Curtis Parson who made me believe his striaght out LIES.
This is based off the customer service in sales. Rob Chamberlain was my sales man and he truly went above and beyond. My transmission died in my hybrid and I was not ready for all the changes that were about happen. He was kind to my family and not too pushy. He helped me trade it in and because they didn't have any rentals available he helped me out in a serious bind and gave me a couple rides. Very personalized service. He came in after he was already done for the day to help me out when it came to finalizing the new car. Really truly outstanding! He called a few days later to check up on how the car was and how we were. Couldn't be more pleased. I would recommend him to anyone. The service center lady on the other hand came of rude with her town of voice and the vibe that she didn't care about anything. Not Kristin though. She seemed truly saddened to give me the news about my old car. It was comforting
My husband and I came to Hyundai after dealing with Peters of Nashua (with whom we were not pleased with).
Jon Rosado greeted us and listened to our budget and preferred mileage for a vehicle. He answered all of our questions and was not at all pushy. He was with highlighting features of the vehicle we ended up purchasing. We were really thrilled with our experience as we had both purchased our previous vehicles at Peters. I ended up with a beautiful new car and couldnt be more thrilled.
Also Jay who did our financing was a really great guy. Super helpful and reassuring. What a great team.
Thank you Hyundai!
Terrible experience! Get away from this store. I bought a car with them that was in perfect condition when I saw it in the store. When I went to get the windshield it was cracked. I told the seller and he said he would trade the following week, and none of this was done. They do not care and I do not even attend by telephone. I'm disappointed. The manager already made me cry inside the store, he said he will not change, they only authorized the repair and it was very bad. I returned to the store and showed the service that was done that was not good, I told myself to activate my insurance to change the glass. But that's not right, car insurance gives me the right to change the glass, but that's my right in case I have a problem in the future and not Hyundai right. The salesman turned his back on me and told to lead to justice. Very poor customer service.
I scheduled an appointment with Nashua Hyundai for a state inspection, and received friendly and timely service. I look forward to using this location for my future automotive needs.
I like the staff at this dealership. They are so nice and so welcoming. Plus they are always very honest and not trying to steal your money.
What a service I was provided, not in just one category but throughout the entire process which I will explain as calmly as possible.
To start, my salesman Steven was told to run the credit check on me before we went too far into the process to ensure I would be approved(I am 25 yrs old and I have only had one other loan). He came back and said I was approved, with this approval he came back with my monthly payment options based off of 4, 5 and 6 year loans(which I found to be within my budget.
I had brought my mother along to co-sign just in case I was not approved, she filled out the paperwork as well so if I didn't get approved we could use her as a co signer. At this point everything was going pretty good.
When I went to meet with the business manager to talk about financing and wrap things up he advised the payment would be over one hundred dollars more than what the salesman and I had discussed, at this point I was getting frustrated!
Apparently the numbers the salesman gave me were with my mother co-signing which we told him not to run unless we absolutely needed it. At this point I am getting pretty heated but I understand that maybe he's new or just inadequate so I move on and agree we can still work it into my budget.
I call a few weeks ago and ask Steven when my payment is due and he advises the 15th of October, I say ok and move on. I call Steven the week before the payment is due as I have received no paperwork or way to pay the scheduled bill and get no answer.
I finally call the office and they advise "he no longer works here", what a pain!! Now my first payment is late because of a team of inadequate and uncaring employees at the Hyundai of Nashua.
I couldn't be more unhappy and will never recommend this dealership to anyone, do yourself the favor and shop elsewhere.(ZERO STARS)
I had a terrible Monday morning. My tire popped on a pothole on my way to work this morning (at 6:30AM) in the pouring rain and was towed to the Hyundai dealership (because I don't have a spare). Even though I got there at 7:10AM (20 minutes before they opened), Joe from the service department got me a rental car and took care of everything for me so I could get to work.
I had already been anticipating bringing in my car later today for an oil change and a squeaking noise, both of which they got dealt with before I got out of work.
I truly appreciate how helpful and flexible the service department was and that they salvaged what could be of a terrible morning.
I got my new Hyundai Tucson 2016 with Ryan Laliberte assistance. He was very helpful during the process and was explaining while driving all the features that the car has. First we tested the Hyundai Santa Fe he took his sweet time explaining everything but the numbers didn't work out for my needs and he was very patient showing me the second option which was the Tucson. Thank you Ryan I do appreciated your time and not pushing me to take wrong decision.
