Extremely well located hotel, easy walking distance to historic sites in St. Augustine. Rooms are slightly small but fine for a night or two. Breakfast was WELL BEYOND expectations. Lots of choices both hot and cold.

Room was very clean and beds were very comfortable. I like my beds on the hard side and these beds were definitely firm. I consider this hotel an excellent value given its quite nice location and excellent breakfast.

Not exactly resort accommodation, but a nice enough, clean place to stay with decent decor and amenities. The free breakfast was better than some I've had, although there are some very good breakfast places nearby. The location is about as good as it gets, though. Ripley's is almost right across the street, and the visitors center is practically next door, so the historic district is all within an easy walk. If you want to get around town, you can buy a Red Train pass at Ripley's and get around easily. It's much easier to do that than hunt for parking.

Well worth the money. Great value compared to other hotels within the area. Very close to shopping and the fort. Not perfect but very clean and well taken care of. The staff was more than friendly and very hospitable I would definitely stay there again.

Though the bathroom area was small it was clean as well as the room in general. Comfortable for a one night stay. The front check in woman was a delight and very helpful as well as the breakfast station woman. In fact Im not sure we've ever experiences such a well organized, wonderful selection of food items and the "hostess" in charge of the breakfast area was excellent even though the area was small to accomodate the number of guests. A plus for her and the check in front desk girl!

Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the Spanish Quarters of St. Augustine. Very helpful staff. Very close to the Spanish Quarters. Right across the street from the Old Town Trolley and the Visitor's Center. Rooms were nice. They have free breakfast and had a number of options.

Clean and comfortable beds. Great location. Across the street from the Trolly. This is an older hotel but has been updated as much as was possible. Passed my "no mold in the bathroom test". Decent breakfast. About 2 blocks to historic district.

I was very pleased with the hospitality and accommodations at Best Western! I was not planning on staying anywhere, but as I was traveling home I needed to take a break and early in the morning I stopped at this hotel. The manager was very friendly and helpful in getting me a room and everything I needed. I appreciated the staff's friendliness !!! The bed was very comfortable, and I had everything I needed (microwave and fridge).

We stayed here for 2 nights for a quick weekend getaway. The room was clean, AC was cold and the breakfast was good with a good selection. The best part, is they have fresh fruit, yogurts, drinks (juice, coffee & milk) available 24 hours, free. This was a nice surprise. Will stay here again.

Room overpriced for its quality, but it was a holiday. Location is great to leave car parked and walk. Staff was helpful and friendly. Not as many amenities as other Best Westerns.

Good price for the area, adequate accommodations. No thrills, but the bed was comfortable, the room was clean and it was pretty quiet. Located across the street from Ripley's Believe it or Not and an easy walk to St George Street and the historic district.

We visited from Orlando with friends, celebrating a birthday!

The location is absolutely perfect, we did not drive the entire stay. Everything is within walking distance which is totally cool!

Check-in was quick, easy, and friendly!

It is an older Inn, however the room was very clean and up to date with all amenities as expected. Great bed and pillows!

The water pressure was too light for my liking and I did encounter a few tiny ants crawling on the countertops and bathroom. But not a huge deal.

We loved that we had Direct TV and a nice size flat screen.

We will definitely book again!

Good clean rooms. Excellent location to all attractions and Visitors Center. We parked the car at the hotel and did not have to use it in three days. Walking distance to all attractions, but if you don't like to walk the local trams work to take you all around Old St. Augustine. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

The location of the hotel is great if you're going to go into the Old Town. The Hotel Beds themselves are very hard. The room was very clean and did not have an odor. The TV satellite system went in and out all night long so you could not watch any TV. The breakfast area only has four tables and it is very small definitely not enough for the people wanting to eat there. I stay at Best Western Hotels all the time and I give this one a three out of five.
