Pretty good stay, clean hotel and rooms, relatively quiet despite high occupancy. Hot buffet breakfast was excellent. Room service was prompt and very good. Only minor negative was housekeeping took our large towels and forgot to leave new ones.

Overall very nice place. Minor hints of some wear and tear but it appears the staff keeps up with repairs and patchwork. Friendly and informative check-in experience with Brandon.

They did miss the amenity that was part of our package but was rectified. We would stay here again.

Staff was courteous, professional, & knowledgeable. They were quick to resolve any issues. Rooms were clean & spacious. Plenty of towels, full kitchen, & dully stocked utensils. I look forward to my next stay there. It was a great vacation.

One of The nicest places we have stayed. However, we were there September 2-6, 2017, for our granddaughter’s wedding. We got a great room rate. This time of the year it cost a little more to stay. However, if I could get a good rate I would stay again without doubt.

Stayed here a while ago and really liked it. Came to st. Augustine on vacation with my dad and it was a prettt short commute. Staff was friendly and the restaurant right next store was pretty good. Looks a little run down. Seems as though maybe 5 years ago there’s was more to do, or maybe we just came the wrong time of year? Either way loved it and would recommend.

Overall staff were kind, helpful and polite. Rooms were large and comfortable, and everything inside them worked.

Getting to the hotel was a little odd - the road was like a giant spiral, but the hotel has shuttles to downtown St. Augustine, which was very convenient.

A few things that could use improvement:

Most rooms are around a large Central lobby area that goes all the way to the top floor and there is little to no soundproofing. There is a bar in said lobby. People get loud. Please better soundproof the rooms (the 1" gap under the door doesn't help either).

No ventilation in the bathrooms (FL is humid enough, and people do actually use the bathroom for things other than showering).

Night guards were slightly rude at night - to guests in the lobby that were staying for a convention - for aforementioned echo chamber effect of the lobby.

Starbucks in lobby did not accept Starbucks gift cards (why)?

Menu for in hotel restaurant did not list all ingredients for several items ordered. Food was delicious, though, and very well priced.

Overall a good experience.

I visited here for EXP Con 2017. I didn't stay as a guess but only attended the convention. Overall hotel convention center and lobby was very clean and organized. Staff at the hotel was very helpful when needed. If given the chance, I would stay here a few nights. No doubt the rooms are as clean and tidy as the rest of the hotel and lobby areas.

Great place to stay! Went to EXP-Con and had a blast. They have everything here! Gym is fully loaded, a Starbucks, small arcade. Good stuff!

Comfortable rooms at low rates! Wonderful room service. Better to eat outside of the World Golf Village for more variety and cheaper food options.

Great experience. Bob Hope section took us over an hour. Different interactive things to do. True golf nutts will need two days to get everything in. Golf courses near the hall of fame are amazing.

Lobby area is very nice with nice area to relax. Room was big enough and clean. Bathroom well laid out and also clean. I did have one towel that was a bit darker than the other white towels. I would have no problems staying here again during work.

My husband and I visited to celebrate our anniversary!! We loved our stay. From Shawn who checked us in to the very nice bar tender! Our room was very clean and comfortable. The scenery was so nice and peaceful! We also enjoyed a nice dinner at the Caddyshack!!! We know exactly where will be staying on our next visit to St. Augustine!!

Was there for a wedding. The staff are amazing. The bartenders at the lobby bar were awesome, too. Chris, Shawn and Dallas were great! I do think the outside area is too poorly lit at night, which makes it a little unsafe. I sat outside to escape a creeper at the event and another 3 harassed me outside. A guest of said event, and 2 hotel guests. But Dallas kept making sure i was ok. Shout Out!

We only spent the day there. Great golf museum including history of the game. There is a golf challenge there and a few other activities. Great clean facilities. If you love the game go at least once.
