McCormick and Schmidt's is right off of the lobby and is a great establishment. The inviting wait staff has always made us feel comfortable and at home. Their food is great!

The staff in this hotel are amazing and very gracious. For example at one point I needed to modify my reservation because my flight was extremely delayed. The staff member was very understanding to the situation and I appreciate it.

Gorgeous and spacious room. Heavenly bed and decent exercise room. Some features, such as the bathroom door which kept getting stuck need updating but very nice overall.

This centrally located historic hotel was a pleasure to behold, grand ballroom is something special. We attended a convention there and the breakfast was simply a continental but delicious. The atmosphere is unique in that it has great character and the staff do a fantastic job of complimenting it's charm.

Very nice staff. Beautiful accommodations with clean rooms and comfortable beds. Fitness Center was adequate. Atrium is beautiful. Looks like it would be a good wedding venue. McCormick and Schmick Steak House attached was delicious.

Not good so farI drove up and the front door staff walked away chatting with each other. Finally they acknowledged me and asked if I wanted them to park my “bad boy”. Next I went to check in and was told they habe no rooms. I was upset because I have a reservation. He then informed me no rooms are ready and there was no point in taking my credit card to check in now. What!?!?? Does this hotel operate in some alternate universe? So far super unfriendly!! Can’t wait to leave.

The entry way is beautiful. The staff is nice and helpful. Rooms are decently upgraded. But there are some things old buildings will always have That distinct old smell (primarily only the hallways).

Historic and such a beautiful hotel! The views are amazing. Everything from shopping, museums and restaurants are all a short walk away. Loved this place! The staff and valets were great. I'd give a 5-star rating except that the $29 daily parking rate is distasteful for anyone. At $250 a night, it should be covered.

Quality hotel but overpriced! Located in the heart of downtown, which is a pretty dead area. The rooms are very clean and the bed was excellent.Staff was very friendly. Generally a very nice hotel, but you pay extra for because of it's history. Unless you are into old hotels you can get a bitter deal elsewhere.

$30 a day for valet and they lost my vehicle. Missed a flight because of it. Air conditioning did not work. Called front desk for assistance, when unable to resolve issue, Doug the manager explained that we had plenty of other hotels to choose from and that we can leave anytime. Overheard that they were refunding other rooms for similar problems. Some lights in my room didnt work, bathroom door stuck and wouldn't open after being closed. It was a graduation weekend and rather busy so I understand that staff was working hard but that is no excuse for the poor attitude that Doug the GM had. Christie was the only manager who was willing to correct the issues and she was very nice despite the laundry list of problems I read off to her. Two stars because the hotel is in the best location, centrally located in downtown. If I return I will take Doug's advice, there are plenty of hotels in the surrounding area to stay in.

We found this place on hotel tonight and am very impressed. All of the staff is very friendly. The location was easy to find and within walking distance of a great neighborhood with many shops and restaurants. The room was spacious with very high ceilings. Everything was very clean. I highly recommend.
