Excellent value. Clean, comfortable room, in a hotel with many amenities. Nice pool, hot tub, fitness room. 24/7 hot drinks in lobby. A great breakfast with many options hot and cold is included with very friendly and helpful staff. Free parking right outside. Highly recommended.

We stay here on each trip to our sons home . The staff is so helpful and friendly. Our room is immaculate and welcoming. Breakfast is a plethora of good morning selections and very plentiful. Thank you

Small sign so I drove right past it. Front desk person very nice. Front entrance inside a bit outdated, and there were stains on the old couch.
Room by pool used for a birthday party was musty and mildewy smelling.
Heated pool wasn't even lukewarm, and the bottom looked like it needed repairs.
Hot tub was small, railing to get in was loose. Water was beyond frothy.
Dumpy looking, so I would never rent a room there.response / report this review -

Very welcoming and friendly staff throughout the hotel. By far the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept in. The hotel was very clean, breakfast was good but very busy and crowded. The pool was nice, but the hot tub spa was rather small. I would definitely use this hotel again while in the area!

While having breakfast, a bus tour of seniors came into the dining area. I watched the hotel staff assist many with getting their breakfast, helping with seating, etc.
I was very impressed with the care and service that they offered. They were patient and friendly. A very kind group of employees!

One of the best hotels we have every stayed at!! Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is not very big so the breakfast area and pool were never crowded. Our room had two queens and was very spacious. I especially liked that the refrigerator and microwave were in a separate area with a small counter top and cabinets- almost like a mini kitchenette. Breakfast was great!! My kids loved the mini waffles!! Would definitely recommend!!!

The lobby is huge and airy. The rooms are spacious.The bathroom vanity is large enough for everything you need. Fridge and microwave in room. It has a real closet. The AC works well. The carpet is new and clean

The visit began nicely. The hotel appears to be in the process of remodeling, therefore we were walking around construction materials (carpeting being installed) down our hallway. Construction is not a quiet activity and this was no exception. The men were laying carpet at 7:30 a.m. a few doors down from our room. What we found most entertaining is upon check in we had to sign a "quiet clause" agreeing that we would be quiet between certain hours. I guess that only applies to guests. My husband was not comfortable on the bed. There was a dripping coming from the outside (we were on the second floor, it was the air conditioner dripping). It was freezing cold in the second floor hallways and in our room. We turned off the AC and added another blanket. On the second morning the orange juice was only water. Another customer said something to the staff and then my husband also said something. Finally the OJ container was changed. The yogurt offered was frozen solid both days. We originally were supposed to stay three nights. On the second day we decided we would check out. We told the clerk at the desk who only said, "I'm so sorry. I hope you'll come back again soon!!" On the morning of checkout we again made these comments to the front desk clerk (a different person) and she didn't even give us a comment, only asked what room we were in and are we using the same credit card for billing purposes. Rather disappointing as we had been looking forward to our trip to the Finger Lakes and relaxing. Instead we came home exhausted.
UPDATE: WITHIN MINUTES OF ME POSTING THIS REVIEW (HERE AND AT THE BEST WESTERN WEBSITE) THE HOTEL MANAGER CALLED ME. APOLOGIZED PROFUSELY, HAD ALREADY CREDITED US ONE NIGHT OF OUR STAY, AND SAID HE WOULD USE MY COMMENTS IN THE STAFF MEETING THE NEXT DAY. HE ALSO TOLD ME TO CONTACT HIM PERSONALLY IF WE COME BACK AND HE WILL MAKE SURE THINGS ARE TOP NOTCH FOR US. HE DID ALSO SAY THAT I WAS NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO COMPLAINED ABOUT THE CONSTRUCTION NOISE AND THAT WOULD BE ADDRESSED WITH THE CONTRACTOR.response / report this review -

Great hotel. Staff is very friendly and accommodating of my children. Pool and spa are kept up and have warm water. The entire hotel looks fresh and new. Breakfast was plentiful and many choices offered. Lots of space in the rooms, and lots of counter/work space available.

Beautiful hotel with a good price. Close to the NYS Thruway. Thought we reserved a jacuzzi suite but it was actually a different room and then the jacuzzi wasn't available. Good customer service though because they upgraded us to a suite instead.

Staff is great. Easy check-in rooms are clean. There was a small problem with the room upon check-in however the staff was quick to respond and took care of it. If inamnin the area again I will definitely stay here again.

Loved this hotel! Stayed here because it was midway between two destinations I needed to go. Clean and lovely, great staff, great amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast (6am-10am), just try to get there early because the dining room is smallish and can fill rapidly. It has a nice cozy pool with adjoining whirlpool. The room had all the amenities I came to expect, like internet and cable television.very useful if you travel with kids. The staff was friendly and helpful. No complaints lots of fun.

The hotel is new and very nice. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was awesome. My wife and I give this hotel a 5 out of 5, couldn't have been happier with our stay.
