Location is close to city market. Front desk guy didn’t provide good service during check in. Concierge was helpful in planning hop on hop off tour. Room was fine. There is on going construction work next to the hotel for which the hotel is providing ear plugs at the reception. Breakfast was decent.

Great location is you like going to the Bars, a bit on the pricey side when they wack you for all the additional fees - parking $20 unsecured lot & very limited. You still have to pay even if there are no spots left. We stayed because its DOG FRIENDLY $20. The rooms were nice size, clean & modern. I was nervous when we checked in & saw a fish bowl filled with ear plugs. Clerk said they are surrounded by construction plus they are right on the main street with all the night clubs it can get loud. It was a holiday weekend when we stayed so it was quiet.

I was traveling with family and two dogs. I was amazed that the doggie room did not reek of its previous occupants. This Best Western does a wonderful job of making you feel your pets are welcome (and not making you feel you have to live with the reminder of previous pets.) I had some concerns about staying right downtown, but it was fine. And we were within walking distance of a great place to have dinner. Not much to look at from outside, but don't let first impressions fool you. This was a well-kept hotel and we would stay there again.

The front desk, concierge, and breakfast staff were awesome. The rooms were nicely decorated, but the toilets had hard water rings and dark mold at the rim of the toilet, to me that’s a killer. The toilet was sad, but the hotel is fine other than that.

The breakfast was very good and the wait staff was awesome.

Location is excellent. Breakfast and staff excellent. Hotel has another hotel going up in front of it and this caused for much work noise , dust and construction. Room air conditioner was not working well. Conditioner was not taking moisture out of room. Seeing we used this site for mainly rest from site seeing air conditioner and rest were high on our list.

An amazingly wonderful staff. Everyone there doing anything was genuinely kind and extremely helpful. Even the man working on the lovely pool had it it up and running ahead of the posted schedule. All of them, the location, parking, nice clean room, bathroom, closet, comfortable beds (everything working-wifi to refrigerator) security and a truly pet friendly situation made seeing beautiful Savanna an absolute joy.

The construction going on behind the hotel was ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEM. I wasn't even aware of it until I actually saw it. And I didn't hear a word about it from any other guests.

I was not too happy parking was across the street & that I had to pay an additional fee for parking. My overall experience was good. The room looked nice but it could have been a little cleaner. Found a stain on the sheets. Looks like they were washed, but it being a hotel, those sheets should have been thrown away. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable.

The staff in Richmond Hills went out of their way to find us a hotel with a vacancy in Savannah as we were fleeing Florida from Irma. They accepted our pets and provided us with a nice room and a wonderful breakfast. The concierge walked me outside to make sure I knew how to get out of Savannah and she gave me a big hug. The staff made a horrible situation a lot easier and we are very gratefulwe will continue to be loyal customers of Best Western.

I loved this place ! Close to everything ! Ray at the front desk was exceptional! We worked with Mary the concierge a few times too book tours. She was amazing and knew the city well. Rooms were clean, breakfast was great and we didn't have trouble sleeping on the first floor. Pool was nice. Girls from house keeping gave us great care. Good prices, no one should complain.

Excellent location, a 10 minute walk in any direction to many of Savannah's best attractions. The staff was super nice, including the concierge who was very helpful. The reason I did not give this hotel 4 stars is that there is a construction site beside the hotel that gets very noisy at 7am, even on Sunday. They charge a $20 daily parking fee which was not advertised when I booked the hotel. When housekeeping failed to clean our room I was told there was "nothing they could do". There are a lot of nice places to stay in the area, you could do better than here.

Great location, comfy beds and a really nice pool area. Breakfast was decent, i wish there was salsa and real butter. There is a water machine in the breakfast area that is accessible all day. Yes parking is pricey, like all downtown hotels. The construction noise is noticeable but it didn't bother us, it is kind of expected in a downtown area, the freaking tugboat horn was annoying. Because this is motel style sheers on the windows would be much preferred over shutters so you can let light in without putting it all on display. Main complaints are that the beds don't have duvets and the water pressure is very very bad

Conveniently located in downtown Savannah. This is the nicest Best Western I have ever stayed. The twin bed room is very nice and doesn't feel cramped like most hotels do. The bathrooms are very spacious as well. We did find a sticky plastic fork and a nail in the room (both scavenged by our 1 year old). And there is some construction going on at this time during the week (if you haven't seen the reviews). Personally, this shouldn't reflect on the motel considering it's not their fault. They do put down ear plugs in your room, which is very nice. The breakfast is decent -- more than I imagined in a Best Western. Overall, I would stay here again if on a budget.

This place is a joke (bad joke). The beds are not even queen size, they can barely fit 2 adults. If you have kids (I have 2) I suggest you to share the bed w/your kid instead of your husbansd/wife so maybe you can sleep a little bit less worse The construction is very noise. Room service is sort of nonexistent. We spend all day walking and when we came back our room (4pm) was not done. I called front desk asking for towels since our room was not done and they told me I could go downstairs and get it. I strongly believe they should improve customer service since construction by itself brings rating down. Noisy construction! I don't understand how they have a good rating on Google only good thing about this place it's location and nothing else!

The location is excellent for exploring the city. We were able to walk to river street and the historic areas. The room was clean and had what we needed. There was some construction noise from a neighboring lot while we were there. The hotel provided ear plugs and a sound machine in the room to help with it.

A great place to stay!! This hotel is just right. Conveniently located in the historic district. Within walking distance of many restaurants, river street and tours. This hotel is not over the top but it meets your needs perfectly. Enough to save your money for more site seeing, shopping and eating. I would definitely stay here again.
