What a nice, clean, and customer friendly hotel. My husband was on business and I was there to play. The location was fantastic. Just across the street fruition River Street and next to the City Market. The breakfast was very good. Would definitely stay there again.

The room itself showed extreme age. The sheets had pubic hairs in them. Trash underneath the fridge that you could see while sitting on toilet. Room wasn't clean overall and the bathtub leaked like no other. Front desk was nice and the valet was nice, although you have to wait forever.

The location was great and appreciated the customer service. Ann, the bartender was sweet. Breakfast starts at 0600, which works well for me since I was there on business and my day starts at 0700. Rooms could use some renovation, but overall an enjoyable stay.

Love the bar and the customer service is great! Housekeeping was awesome. Breakfast was good, but cost way too much for comparable breakfast elsewhere. They should lower the price about $5. The shower was amazing and the beds were comfortable. However, our room was very moist and humid which made the carpet feel slightly damp. I didn't like that. I also wish there would have been a movie channel where we could either rent or watch movies. The coffee from inside the room was terrible. Not sure if it was the little coffee machine or if it was the sink water. However, the complimentary coffee in the lobby and the coffee in the breakfast area was very good. I like that the room had a blow dryer in it. The refrigerator and the microwave were definitely a necessity. The complimentary water and cookies in the lobby during the day was a nice touch. I do think, however that the taxes and fees were a little high. We stayed for 3 nights and in my opinion the taxes and fees could have been about $30 cheaper.

Beautiful hotel. It's a shame it takes away from the original charm of Savannah. Sometimes bigger, grandeur, and modern with antique feel, isn't better. The Hilton's are always nice, but at what cost?.. Savannah has gone all tourist. Such a shame. It's destroyed the charm.

A valet parked my vehicle in a no parking area and I was given a ticket. They said they would take care of it, we will see. The hotel, or the company had my wife's reservation all screwed up. We paid for premium service but we were book for regular service. The "premium" internet was worse than dial-up.

Most of the staff was friendly though, and willing to make things better.

I don't know if I'm being a little harder because I own a travel business. But I usually like Hilton branded hotels. This one caught me by surprise with $20 a day valet parking. There was no self parking available. However their valet staff was extremely friendly and talk to you like family. Those guys deserve raises/bonuses for superb service. $15 a day mediocre breakfast. I liked the ability to simply cross the street to the riverfront area. I wouldn't stay there again. This is a first for any Hilton brand of hotel for me. Anywhere I go even if its a short stay I could always depend on the Hilton brand. This one is just a little different. The front desk people really didn't seem like they liked working there. I definitely will give the Westin a try next time I go.

I'm a Hilton Honors member and have stayed at a number of Hilton properties. While the physical space is what one would expect from Hilton, the service was not. The clerk at the front desk seemed like we were inconveniencing her by checking in. While being short of rude, she was fairly patronizing asking us whether we were sure we were at the right hotel (she couldn't find our reservation at first), that breakfast was not included with our reservation (even though I distinctly remember otherwise from the website when I booked the room), and that she can't accept my Hilton Honors account because I booked with a third party (I booked via a Chase Sapphire Preferred points reward) even though the website accepted my account number and advised me to give the account to the clerk during check in. At that point, we were coming from a long ride and didn't feel like arguing. But, the kicker was when I called the guest services hotline and asked for an extra bed sheet. I was told it would come right away. Fifteen minutes later, we got a call (from I'm guessing housekeeping) and asked to confirm that we needed an extra sheet. We said yes. That sheet never came. Nobody knocked on our door nor left an extra sheet in the hallway.

I feel like these issues can be easily addressed and I write this for that purpose. I have enjoyed many stays at Hilton hotels and have always been charmed with their customer service. And like I said, the property itself is beautiful. Unfortunately, aside from the valet who was wonderful, the customer service was not up to par.

Really enjoyable hotel in a great Savannah location, close to the market which was cool. We stayed in a hot tub Suite, which was very nice as the hot tub was in the living area of the room, which made it extra romantic.

Room was very clean and well maintained, though the grouting around the tub could definitely use some maintenance. Beds were comfy and clean.

Decor could use a tiny bit of an upgrade. Great job otherwise!

Free breakfast included was very nice, buffet items and make your own waffle was good.

The front desk staff, unfortunately, was not friendly or helpful, bother at check in and at check out. They were flat and uninterested in their customers. We had a group reservation for 26 people and we're only issued 6 rooms. We spent hours trying to figure out what to do, without any help from the hotel. The valet and wait staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, except for the carpet, when made my feet dirtygross. The pool and work out room were very nice. It was a great location, right behind City Market and in front of the River. The breakfast was hit or miss. The kids loved making their own waffles, and we learned the hard way to order the eggs, rather than get the powdered scrambled off the buffet.

We stayed here during St. Patrick's day weekend, which we didn't realize it was going to be busy. The staff was super friendly and valet was nice. The morning manager was extremely nice to my family and helped us find a route out of the city to the beach, because all the streets were closed for big parade. Breakfast was great. Rooms were a little small but for over night they were ok. I would definitely stay here again.

The service was awful when we arrived at 10 pm to check in, we were ignored for 10 mins before we were helped. We had to grab our own luggage cart take it upstairs while dealing with an infant and a 7 year old. We called for extra blankets and pillows x2 and had to go downstairs the 3rd time to get them. The beds were very uncomfortable. The room air conditioner was at 66 and the room was still hot, I recommend providing fans. The windows were not blocking the noise from outside, we could hear everything from people's conversations to car driving by to sirens. It was a very restless night. The only good thing about this place was their breakfast, the food was great.

Never stayed a Hilton, being my first time have to say I felt a little out of place, I was a guest on a company account. While my spouse was in Savannah for class in her job, we were given accommodation to the Hilton Garden, the highlight aside from the cozy room, would definitely be the dining. Breakfast was absolutely amazing, with that being said under different circumstances probably would not have eaten there. We received vouchers for breakfast for each day, otherwise the tab would've been a little steep. That's my only concern of our stay-
