Very nice apartment type room next to river walk area. Staff very nice and accommodating. Pet friendly inn provides welcome bag for your dog.

What a beautiful hotel. I had a great experience! finding how to get to the parking space and front of hotel was a bit difficult but William the front desk attendant was extremely helpful. William stayed on the phone with us giving us better directions than Google Maps, he even walked out front of the hotel and waiting for us until he saw us then he was very nice greeting us. William helped us with our parking and he checked us in. After we got checked in William showed us to our room and helped us with our luggage. The room was beautiful. It's decorated with modern style. The room had a full living room with a pull out bed couch, in a separate room there's a mini kitchen, down the hall is a smaller bath room with shower/tub and the bedroom had a king bed with a television. The mattress slept like a cloud of pillows, so comfy. I would stay here again and refer to friends.

Historic hotel with amazing views of River Street and of the brick courtyards. Elegant shopping on the terrace. The rooms are rustic, modern, historic, shic. With a blend of both old and new. Comfortable beds and stylish roomy layouts. They have a top-notch staff. They offer evening minglings with champagne and hors d'oeuvres. 👍👍👍

It was our first time visiting Savannah, and we picked the Olde Harbour Inn because it is a historic building, and we wanted to be close to the river. I did not take into consideration the noise of being on River Street or the entrance being on Factors Walk which is an alleyway. It was a little tricky to find initially. The small lobby and dining room is on the 3rd level. We reserved our room with two buffet breakfasts included. The buffet breakfast was well stocked, and we enjoyed it. All of the staff who helped us from the baggage to the buffet were helpful and kind. Our room #201 however was a disappointment. We entered from the alleyway, walking down a few stairs to access the small suite which was a very narrow but long space. The bedroom was at the end. The sitting room had two narrow windows facing the alleyway which were below the alley, so the 'street view' was the bricks. Going down the hallway to the bathroom and kitchen, they were very basic, not updated. The kingsize bed was comfortable, but it almost filled the small room leaving little room to get around it. The window in the bedroom was narrow with a view of Joe's Crab House. Creeking noises from the floors above us and loud street noises from River Street until after 11pm made for a restless night. For a price of $256 for the room and the two buffet meals, not including the parking pass or the local, state and bed taxes and a transportation fee, whatever that is, tacked on, this hotel did not meet my expectations. We loved the city of Savannah, but will definitely try a different hotel next time.

We were very satisfied with our stay. The staff was very cooperative and helpful. The suite was clean and very comfortable. The location was convenient to all points of interest.

The staff at Olde Harbour was the first thing to impress me, they were very kind and were quick to assist in any way possible. The room was large with a full kitchen and a beautiful bedroom with sitting area and desk. There was some street noise but it would quiet by around 11 which never bothered us, and ear plugs were provided of it got too loud. Directly below the inn is River Street which was fun to explore, and the front of the inn was on vacation street with plenty of dining and shopping. Also Savannah provides a free bus around the city which has a stop near the inn entrance. It was a great experience!

The Olde Harbour Inn is a fantastic hotel. Located right on River Street, the hotel has a warming southern chair right as soon as you open your room door. My buddies and I stayed for a bachelor party and our room had enough space to accommodate all our needs. It was very clean as well! I would absolutely stay at this hotel again.

My husband and I visited for our honeymoon and had a wonderful experience. All of the staff is friendly. Lots of extras are provided as well. And the room had amazing views of the river and night life. Awesome location for exploring all of downtown. We truly enjoyed ourselves and I recommend anyone to stay here! Loved it! The rooms are also gorgeous and spacious.

Fantastic location right on River Street. Decor and ambience was great. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Google says 'free breakfast' which is inaccurate. It's actually $8.95 p/person. Room was not as clean as I would have expected for the price of the hotel. Furniture needs to be cleaned. Bathroom trash can was broken and rusted. Many spiderwebs on ceiling above bed, heavy dust and lots of animal fur in cracks and crevices. The bathrooms definitely leave something to be desired (very small and claustrophobic with low end finishes).

WOW! I loved this hotel. Wish we had more time to stay there. We booked this hotel since it was pet friendly and right on the water. We were not disappointed. We paid a little extra for the King Suite ($10 bucks) and it was totally worth it! You felt like you were in a one bedroom apartment! Decor was beautiful and it was really hard to leave! Ian helped us to our room at check in and he was very informative and friendly. This will definitely be our go to hotel next time we are in Savannah.

A friend and I stayed in Savannah for one night and we chose this spot. The staff were all very nice and accommodating. They helped with all of our questions around town, helped us with our luggage and gave us a tour of the property and room. It was right in the thick of the action of River street with a view of the river and street. It was almost like a tiny apartment for the room that I chose. The room was cozy and had a style of old mixed with new. Everything was clean and in working order, good TV, comfortable bed, everything provided and tons of books and info on Savannah itself was also provided. Wine and cheese tasting, breakfast and an evening ice cream delivered to our room were all welcome after a long drive. We had no complaints at all and had a most enjoyable stay. I would stay there again for sure and recommend it to anyone who wanted a good Savannah experience.
