The hotel staff were very very Nice! The room was good and amenities were good. Asked for 2 pack n plays to be in the room and they were and set up! Overall Great!

I had a friend come down from Maine to visit and they stay here in this hotel and they sent it was a wonderful Hotel very clean very respectful Staffing I even went and visit them in this hotel when they were staying in a room it was very nice that and the rooms were very clean

I have stayed here quite a bit and it has definitely gone down hill over the last several months. Most of the good employees have left. Service to the guests does not seem to be a priority. no maintenance for the property. Bistro is constantly out of most food items and is closing more often than i have ever seen. There used to be a good selection of beers and liquor. No more. Key entry access is constantly having problems. No clean towels in gym, rooms are dirtier. Disappointing because this place used to be pretty good. Not a good representation of a Marriott property.. Platinum Member OUT

The room was clean and nice. Our group got a good discount. The fridge in the room didn't work, and we did need it. I'm sure they could have gotten us a new fridge, but we didn't ask. There wasn't a vent in the bathroom. Housekeeping was considerate. There was no safe in the room, which would have been useful for this trip.

I stayed at the Courtyard overnight for business. The employees were very nice and accommodating. My room was on the 1st floor and smelled a bit musty. The workout facility was large, although the weight equipment was a bit lacking. The treadmills and elliptical were plentiful. Overall good experience.

Unexpected guest because of airline difficulties. Consequently, we weren't able to to take advantage of their extra services and breakfast. They quickly checked us in despite the late hour and out the next day. While not *at* the airport, a complimentary shuttle service is provided every half hour. Friendly drivers and quick, safe travel (12 minutes).

The elevators were really bad smelling.. housekeeping was wonderful and courteous. The breakfast was a good bonus. Worth the extra cost. Devin helped us when there was a bit of confusion. While my son was getting a juice a man pushed us aside and stepped on my foot. I was clearly upset so I'm really grateful towards Devin and the serving staff for their kindness.

This place has some issues. The rooms on the bottom floor were musty and had a faint cat pee odor, I am sure it is from stray cats outside coming in through the a.c. units. The beds were comfortable but the carpets in the rooms prompted me to wear socks, all the time. The staff was pleasant but apparently they are either trying to cut back, cut down or have theft issues because the bar restock was padlocked at 8pm. The selection of beers and such were poor at best and when asked about the fact it was landlocked the answer they gave me was the other mgr keeps the key and "it is for the safety of the guests". Not sure how that tracks because the same bat cabinet was unlocked in the morning for breakfast. Quiite frankly this was probably the worst courtyard I've stayed at over my time being a Marriott person. The musty rooms, dirty carpet, and poor bar add up to I will never stay there again, no matter how inexpensive it is, which it isn't because a night there was going for 384$.

Hotel is very nice, shuttle drivers are great. Beds are decent, pillows are nice. My online issue is the lack of anything around the hotel. You can't really walk anywhere because the super busy road is right there with no sidewalk. The van will drive you short distance though. Anyway, have a car available.

I stayed at this Hotel back in April and woke up the next morning with my rental car vandalized after someone tried to break in through the drivers side lock. The damage cost me $250 plus as the Hotel Operator, Sage Hospitality denied my claim. They had the audacity to say it was a public lot and they are not liable. it was the hotel parking lot! This place is NOT safe. There are better hotels and Marriott properties in the area to stay at that are safe. Do NOT stay here otherwise it will cost you more than your room charge!

Convenient location but only for airport access. Areas nearby were not so good. Hotel needs renovation in bathrooms. Not the cleanest. Very nice staff! But would look elsewhere next time, even for the price.

I am a regular traveler during the week and picked this location because of the low rates and availability to get on the road and travel to see my customers. I usually look at reviews and never post anything, but I think it is very important to let you all know about my experience so you will be made aware of what goes down at this facility. on my last night, I got back to the hotel at 10:15 PM. I had to park in the rear of the hotel and this is when I observed a car driving around in circles checking the place out. as I left my vehicle, he parked next to the door in the back of the building and started to inflate his tires with a pump, who does that at 10:!5 at night. as I walked into the door, I heard the pump stop and took the elevator up to my room. The next morning, I walked out to my car and the door lock was completely torn out of the passenger door and everything was stolen out of my car. I understand it is work vehicle, but like I said, I travel weekly and this never happens anywhere else I have stayed. All I can say is that if it happens to me, it could happen to you. Just be aware of your surroundings and read posts like these, I would hate to see this happen to anyone else.

Convenient location! Only minutes from the airport and surrounded by several food places and gas stations. I love the Bistro, Hot tub and the patio area! This was a nice touch to the hotel. I enjoyed the fireplace and the friendly staff. I love the Courtyard and will always stay wherever I go!
