Ikea is fun to go to although it can get a little bit uncomfortable if you are trying to get out and can't find your way. The store always has very neat and fun inventory and some very simple things available. They have an awesome furniture section and great kitchen gadgets.

The customer service at this IKEA is incredible! We had some issues with our delivery, but the straightened them out and made experience hassle-free! Specifically, Keshawn in the home delivery department was incredibly helpful. I love it when companies combine great products with great customer service. Will definitely be back often!

When are they going to install the indoor monorail? This is a great location with tons of choices so plan ahead and have an idea of what you want otherwise you'll be walking around and possibly be lost for days. That is the real reason why they have a indoor Cafe so that you will not starve to death as you struggle to figure out how to get out of the store without making a purchase.
But for real this is a huge door but tons of choices clean showrooms and attentive staff you can find them. The products are of good quality if you can put them together without struggling and I have seen nice kitchens and Living Spaces and personal homes that were put together through Ikea!response / report this review -

I like IKEA.. it may not be the best quality stuff but it sure is sleek, modern, design driven and affordable.. and it's fun to assemble.. it's always a pleasure to go through the showroom - always get new ideas and look at things differently.. the restaurant has a lot to offer as well - the food is delicious! I love IKEA..

I always love going to IKEA, even if I'm not planning on buying anything! So many things to look at and it's nice that they have a restaurant. Not everything tastes great, but most of the food is enjoyable. The only thing that I don't like is the fact that they don't have iced tea. I'm not a soda drinker, so I wish they had that option.

After I bought the dresser and the drawer from IKEA store I noticed that one part is damaged and some parts are missing. I contacted and informed IKEA customer care via their web page. Then, IKEA delivered damaged and missing parts in a week (7 days). That is it. This is customer care. This is customer centric approach.

Ikea ROCKS! There's no better value than Ikea when it comes to furniture, kitchen wares and home goods. Our home is loaded with Ikea products from the couch to the kitchen and I've never been unhappy with a purchase.
I would definitely say to come hungry and prepared. Eat first, then you can have your meal cost deducted from your purchase depending on what you spend. Also, shopping on an empty stomach is just a bad idea! Come prepared and try to have an idea of what you're looking for. Browse the catalog, app or website before you make the trip. You can also make a shopping list via the site/app to make picking your warehouse items easier. If you've never been to Ikea, you'll pass through (furniture) displays first, make your selections, then pick the boxes yourself in the warehouse area after you've shopped the rest of the store. It can be confusing at first, but do it once and you'll be a pro!
Don't listen to the bad reviews here! You really won't need much employee help if you can read and have some common sense, I've never had a bad experience with the employees. Put yourself in their shoes: they spend all day explaining Swedish culture and retail layout to people who couldn't find Sweden on a map. The layout can be a bit daunting at first, but once you understand it it's very practical. Basically, the majority of upstairs consists of the assembled furniture -the "showroom". Here you'll find furniture on display for bathroom, bedrooms, kitchen, living,dining, office, outdoor, children's rooms (the children's area is one stop shop for their large AND small items-toys and decor). There are tags on each piece that show the cost as well as the location of the furniture in the warehouse (more on this later). There are also pencils and paper provided near the entrance for writing down name, location etc. on your chosen pieces. Downstairs you find the smaller home items and decor.
The floor plan is also one way traffic to help with flow and ensure you see the entirety of what's available. Ideally everyone follows the arrows marked on the floor that guide you in the right direction. There are also shortcuts marked if you wanna skip certain areas.
At the end near checkout is their warehouse where you find your chosen items based on the location information on the tags and in case you didn't write down the items info from the tag you can always use their kiosks to help you find what you're looking for.

Food is good for being from a furniture place. The deal they run occasionally where your food bill comes off your store bill is great.
The furniture is alright for the price although we have had minor defects here and there. Their return policy is 365 days as long as you have a receipt which is great.response / report this review -

This place has seen better times. All of the parking lot is covered in resin, now its all over the car. And their ice cream machine does not work again. Other than that its okay If you don't want to screw up your car I would suggest to stay away from that place for a couple of days.

Love it here. They have a kids' playroom where you can drop off your kid(s) while you shop. Huge selection of items, great prices. Love the restaurant upstairs. Also have $1 soft serve downstairs. It's a great concept. Family friendly, shopping & food when hungry!
