    Beds were really soft.
    Phone did not work properly.
    Love the shuttle services.
    Might be due for renovation?

Average hotel. Close to the airport and clean but room was very worn. Torn carpet and old couch. Decent Continental breakfast.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

Very comfortable King Size Bed. The staff was exquisite in overseeing my needs. I enjoyed the separation of the living quarters for entertaing guest (s) from sleeping quarters. Pool nice. Complimentary Breakfast and coffee, juices, waffles, full spread very enjoyable. All made my stay very comfortable.

Amazing service! We were really impressed by the way we were welcomed in this hotel! Super close to the airport and they offer a shuttle!

Received an amazing deal for a King Suite! Bed is soft and comfortable and having a seperate work area certainly helps keeping up with my schedule. The breakfast is delicious and provides more heated options than I have had at other local hotels. Only down side is there is not enough parking when the hotel is occupied and often had to park in the back if the hotel.

The staff is very nice and accommodating. I really enjoyed staying at this hotel because of them. The free breakfast and cookies aren't bad at all.

The hotel overall is cute and has a homey-vacationey feel but it needs to be maintained a lot better. I stayed in two different rooms and the first had a dirty carpet and the bathroom should have been cleaner.

In my second room, the shower was clogged/draining slowly and the bathroom was even worse. I didn't want to keep complaining so I got my own cleaning supplies and cleaned it myself. With a better cleaning and maintenance regimen this place would be a lot better. If those things were resolved, I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

It's a little dated in looks, but overall it was very clean and comfortable. The King size bed room was very comfortable and spacious. We had sex in it. (Just seeing if you paid attention) Overall the room was very quiet. I didn't hear anyone through the door. Breakfast was good. The service was excellent.

Check in was easy, the room was clean and very comfortable, and the price was affordable. Because this location is right by the airport, I expected horrible traffic and noise, but this was NOT the case. It's easy to get to, and in a great location. I stayed here because of a concert at the Amway center which is about 7 miles away, and it was extremely easy to get back to the hotel. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby as well. It was advertised that there would be a hot buffet breakfast. I was extremely disappointed. There were the usual cereal, fruit, juices, and waffle maker, but the "buffet" consisted of 3 metal buffet trays, one filled with egg "patties", one with sausage patties, and one with potatoes. Although everything tasted fairly average, nothing was replaced, it was a mess, and the kitchen staff was extremely rude. Also, there is not enough parking. If you get here late at night, be prepared to have to drive around to find a space. We ended up having to park on a curb. I was told that they offer free wifi with no password, but have not been able to get access for the entirety of my stay. Overall, this was a pleasant experience aside from the breakfast, parking, and wifi, and would recommend to anyone looking for a decent place to stay in Orlando.

Stayed with my sister-in-law after I picked her up from a late flight before we headed to Melbourne for a surprise birthday party the next morning. Room was great. Breakfast was first rate for a hotel breakfast. Would stay again here.

The hotel is very close to the airport. About six minutes. The room was okay; however l, we had booked a suite with a bedroom, but instead received a standard two queens room. The woman at the check in desk said that they were fully booked and made no offer of reconciliation for mixing up the reservation. Then, they didn't have the crib that was supposed to be available for my one year old daughter. They had been notified ahead of time, but apparently gave it away. Lastly, the breakfast area is very small and extremely poorly organized. I'd only stay here again because I am a rewards member. Otherwise, I'd take my business elsewhere.
