Overall a good hotel. Front desk folks are very attentive except they are confused about who is allowed to use a digital key. When I called before my arrival the lady told me only Gold Honors Members could get one. When I arrived I was told I could use it. However I showed her on the app that it wouldn't let me. So they apperantly don't know their own system. Frustrating.Rooms have been remodeled. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. The best scrambled eggs I ever had from a hotel buffet service. However the waitress shorted me on my change. Not sure if it was a mistake or if she assumed what her tip would be. I didn't make a stink about a couple of bucks. All in all my stay was good, but a bit sloppy for a 3-star Hilton.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of old town. Tons to do around the area, many restaurants to choose from, and lots of shopping. Nice lobby friendly staff, and great patio and pool area. Room was large and bed was comfortable, however I wish there was a safe. Parking is $10. I would put that in the room fee.

Wonderful Hotel in Scottsdale. Conveniently located towards the Entertainment District and some very nice restaurants. A big plus is the golf cart service that is available in the area the contain Q to and from restaurants and establishments while your car takes a nap LOL

Had a conference at a nearby hotel, about 0.7 miles away. With Phoenix/Scottsdale weather it's a tiny bit out of walking distance if you factor in possibility of sweating. The air conditioning was not working while I was there, but the employees were all very motivated to get it fixed and even brought in a new AC unit to install it, so I was impressed with their customer service. However, the AC only worked for a few hours. The rooms themselves are quite spacious and the beds are comfortable, so overall very good!

Parking does cost extra ($10 per day), but the rooms are clean. AC works effectively and they have good water pressure. Staff was friendly for every interaction I had.

This is a newer hotel with more modern look. The rooms are comfortable with a microwave, mini fridge, coffee or tea, comfortable mattresses, desk and couch. It is located by many restraunts and shops all within walking distance. Overall it is a great place to stay

It nice place. Hotel is located close to hearts of Scottsdale old town. This place always busy at day time. There are some world class night club close there. Hotel located near baseball stadium. Nice location and good hotel rooms. There is a bar inside of hotel. You can have a drink at midnight or you can go out midnight lunch. I love that.

The staff is extremely pleasant and made our experience fantastic. The bartender and wait staff provided exceptional service. We were extremely satisfied. This is a great place to stay.

Clean, new, nice rooms. Decent breakfast. Shower water pressure was a little low, but that's about the worst thing I can say.

Right across the street from old town, where there are tons of good restaurants.

This hotel was a good clean efficient place. The rooms were larger than normal and the staff was very friendly and customer service oriented. It was not far from N Scottsdale Rd and had a shuttle every hour to take you within 3 miles of the hotel. Conveniently located being close to 101.

Nice hotel, conveniently located in old town with great l9unges seating, fire pits and such. Unfortunately beds are outrageously uncomfortable (they are adjustable but the settings don't work well). Removing from our list of places to stay.

I looooove Hilton! Best mobile app, ease of online booking, friendly and accommodating staff and the list just goes on and on and on

This is a grandiose hotel with lots of amenities The suites are large, luxurious and well appointed

Decent size indoor pool and hot tub Adequate gym with Dumbbells and Ciardio machines

And in the morning they have a chef that custom makes insists to order! Delicious!

The only downside if there is any is that the parking us across the street in a large municipal garage Not the end of the world but not as convenient as on the campus. I enjoyed my stay and I'll be back..
