This motel is very clean and well maintained. The staff here has a wonderful attitude and more than willing to help you. I got a good deal through trip advisor and it was so easy. I would recommend to always stay at Best Westerns they seem to take pride more so than others i have stayed at.

Clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. John Castillo was at the front desk when we checked out. I had a question about my rewards points but it turned out he had already fixed it before I even asked him about it because the person at the desk when we checked in (sorry I can't remember his name) had passed the message along. Excellent teamwork and customer service.

Very friendly people. Front desk made sure we knew what exit to take to get there quickly. They even asked if we had their breakfast when we digitally checked out! Very considerate. The room was great, clean and comfortable.

Great value! Provided all that we needed with helpful staff and quite adequate amenities. Fairly close to the airport, which was very handy. Only real downfall is that it is located on a frontage road going in one direction only. However, this appears to be a common occurrence in the parts of Texas we traveled, so not really a fault of the motel!

This review is a little late I got busy and forgot. When the hurricane was moving in my son and his girlfriend had already made plans to move her brother and delaying was not an option. Of course being worried sick that they wouldn't be able to find a room to stay in that night I searched as they were on the road. After reading reviews and talking with a few I found this hotel. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and reassuring promising she would make sure my kids had a room and were well taken care of so I could finally go to sleep and quit worrying. She kept her promise and the kids had a safe and secure room in a nice hotel and a good nights rest before having to head back in the a.m. Although I can't remember her name I highly recommend this hotel.

Clean and convenient, rooms not crowded, friendly helpful staff. Was able to get my Internet work done, and easily get to town in about 15 minutes from there. Highly recommend this place.

Nice Hotel, friendly helpful staff, nice hot & fresh breakfast, different hot items every morning. Several tables in breakfast area with overflow in next room. Rooms are clean, beds are very comfortable and pillows are by far the best I've ever slept on in a hotel.
Easy access to and from Interstate, shopping, entertainment and restaurants. This was our second stay with this Best Western and we will gladly stay here again.response / report this review -

It was a clean room. Nice furniture. I liked how it had shampoo and body wash dispenser. That's the first time I've seen them but they came in handy. I liked the whirlpool and the pool too.

It was relatively cheap. Breakfast breads were not fresh, the floor was not vacuumed (or vacuumed poorly), the bathroom was tiny, the staff was not available to check me out.

You get what you pay for here. Typical off the freeway hotel/Inn. Lower quality than other Best Westerns I have stayed at. Suited my needs for a quick one night stay. Would probably have moved on down the road to another hotel had I seen the room first. There was garbage and broken furniture in the parking lot and the exterior of the inn smelled like one big cigarette butt. The room felt dated and the bed was uncomfortable. The faucets on the sink and shower were older and had lime and hard water buildup.
