Quaint and quiet neighborhood. Nice affordable rooms compares to the rest of LA around that area. Parking is easy and easy to find. I'd recommend this place to everyone staying in LA and wants some peace and quiet when they sleep.

We had booked 3 nights here and decided to find somewhere else to stay after 1 night. The hotel was unbearably noisy with people running and screaming in the hallway at night. We shared a door door with a different room occupied with a family yelling and screaming until late night. We could have complained but having driven for 11 hours before we arrived, we decided to just move on instead, hence 2 stars for the benefit of the doubt. The area was average with okay food nearby.

Wouldn't book there again. Bed is hard and it's right on the road. Had to ask for additional pillows and blankets. One of the customer service guys was great the other was interesting to say the least. Shower was good. Bathrooms very dated and need attention.

Not a bad place to stay. Affordable.
Pro's: comes with small fridge in room, secure, quiet.
Cons: In room TV is outdated and from the 90's. No towels were on the room, called to get some sent up, was advised I had to Goto reception myself to get them.

Nice place. AC works good. Really old tv so thats a drag. Bathrooms look newly done. Staff was friendly and awesome. They have a printer down stairs you can use that was honestly super useful to me for printing show tickets. Only complaint is the room was just painted and smelled heavily of paint. Opening window with just the fan on helped but coming back to the room later it was a bit over powering. Other than that everything else was great

This is an excellent hotel for the price. The bathrooms are very clean and the shower is amazing. The beds seem new also. It looks a little scary in the hallways but otherwise great for the price

Stayed here for 1 night the staff was helpful and the rooms were decent. Basic hotel room nothing fancy. Great rates! The room was clean although definitely could use updating.

If you are looking for a luxurious experience, this is not your place. Dunes Inn Wilshire is inexpensive and our room was extremely clean. It appears that the rooms were recently renovated (as of February 2016).
