Love this place. Great employees and great location . I will definitely be interested in coming back and spending more time relaxing and enjoying the great views. When you're here you may distill very Special. In the bartender are great people

A decent place to stay. We've stayed there twice and been comfortable. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The AC units can be noisy.

Beso is a wonderful resort!! Rooms are spacious and they the keep everything clean. Beds,dishes,poolside,groundsi mean ppl are wiping down every rail and moping every walkway.!! The customer service was outstanding and it's close to honey moon island which has beautiful beaches and restaurants were only about 5 min away!! Go there!!

VERY nice waterfront property. Well taken care of buildings. 2 outdoor pools for your pleasure. Docks and pier's out to bay for fishing or boating. Tiki Bar and Grill beside pools makes for fun adult gatherings in the evenings.
Our queen size suite was a nice room. Pull out sofa so can accommodate 4 in the suite. Kitchenette with regular size refrigerator for long term stays. Dishes and dinnerware furnished too.
The bath room was a bit small. Walk in shower for 1. No vanity for ladies to put their "supplies" on. Overall a very nice room and facilities. Hope to return for a longer stay soon.response / report this review -

My husband and I were pleased with the service and accommodations. Everyone was polite and helpful. The sunsets are amazing! I would caution families with young children about the weekends, though. The Tiki Bar can get a little "lively." It was not a problem for us, though. We would be glad to stay at Beso again.

Bad service rooms only had AC units not central air. Staff was very rude. Paid for 3 days hardly stayed all three because of how rude it was. Pool was awkward to swim in because nothing but drunks are at the bar next to you. Not kid-friendly at all so please if you have young children with you do not bring them. Because there is nothing for them to do there not even a vending machine. And to get into any of the restaurant you have to be 18 or older and it's not a restaurant it's a mini Tiki Bar with limited items they don't even carry steak sauce. I asked for A1 and they looked at me like I was speaking Spanish. Said the kind of steak they serve you don't need steak sauce. Everything is very small it's hard to get to your rooms especially if you have a lot of luggage and if you are staying above the bar don't plan on getting any rest because it's loud all night.

1st day- toilet overflow . Maintenance said they repaired the cause.
2nd day- NO Internet and NO television. All day-and night. Shower does not work- not possible to dial to a warm setting, just boiling hot or cold. Rotten smell in front of our door. On return we learn that nothing was taken care of. Internet and TV- "nothing in our hands" , smell "we don't know " , Shower " this is just how it works here" (boiling hot or cold is a normal setting in this establishment ?). At night the bar downstairs keeps us from relaxing - not even possible to sit on the balcony we paid for ! Drinking guests from the bar glance at us when we tried !!
3rd day - Shower does not work (just hot and cold setting), incredible activity downstairs at the bar - loud noises . Impossible to relax . No parking to find except at the end of the other block next to the open street . Safety of my car ,parked next to a busy street with no fence becomes a concern .
Check out day- When we woke up- the toilet was broken again and all the floor was wet . Shower still not working ( except boiling hot or cold). We check out as fast as possible to get away from this disaster .
Management (Nancy U.) was anything but customer friendly . While explaining to her our shower problem she starts working on some papers - she did not care to hear at all about our complain. If I could choose NO star- this would be a 0 star review.response / report this review -

I had my wedding at Beso and left a Rocco Baldelli batting practice jersey in my suite on accident. I called the morning I left and notified them so it would be safe and was told the room was not rented out. I was told later that same day that the cleaning staff did not have the jersey. I live in tampa and brought the jersey to wear to the game the next day, I hung it in the closet and it "disappeared".
Every time I see Rocco Baldelli as the Ray's first base coach I remember this.response / report this review -

My wife and I spent Memorial Day week at Beso. What a great decision!! Nothing short of excellent. The check in/out staff warm and efficient. The 1 bedroom nicely appointed and very very clean. Parking was tight, but it was Memorial Day weekend, and by following the instructions from the check in staff had no problem. Now, the Tiki Bar, can't say enough good things: food is excellent, the service staff were great especially Schuyler and Cassia, Michael behind the bar knows how to make a "real" drink (inside joke) and Michelle what a great job holding it all together. We will definitely go back.

We arrived at the resort after cruising around on the boat. The staff greeted us the second we were on land and we're very kind. We went up and ordered food and drinks everything was perfect and we'll priced.

Outstanding view of the Bay and great place for sunset. The food is standard bar fare all served in Styrofoam to-go containers which really bums me out. I wish they would find a more earth friendly option. This place gets crowded but its worth a visit.
