We booked here for our honeymoon because they described the suite as having a whirlpool. The entrance was easy to find, lobby was beautiful and quick to book you in, room is nicely organized and it had a kitchenette. Only super let down was that the whirlpool we were promised was a regular tub/shower with jets that were more painful than relaxing. Ended up with a flooded bathroom. The breakfast was good just a bit crowded with people hovering. Housekeeping was amazing though, the ladies on the 3rd and 2nd floor were great.

The staff was great. The rooms were very clean and everyday that I came to my room, it was cleaned to standard. The breakfast is fantastic and the location is great. I will stay here again and recommend anyone else to stay here as well. Enjoy your visit.

Always clean and the staff are warm and friendly. The breakfast area is well kept and they carry a large selection of breakfast items. The pool area is always clean. Looking forward to me next trip to this area in January. If you are in this area this is the best place to stay

As far as Hampton Inns go, this one is okay but is not the best. The room is dated without a closet. There is an area to hang clothes on a wall behind a curtain, which also has a small shelf ironing board and iron. Staff was friendly and helpful, food was Hampton Inn quality. Exercise room was very small to the only one treadmill and a couple of exercise balls and a map. No weights

Booked a room for 2 nights with my Hilton Points, my plans changed and needed to checkout after 1 night but was coming back a day later. Manager agreed to refund 1 nights worth of points in 3 or 4 days, if I booked the next night and paid cash. As of now, 2 weeks later they still have my points without refund and charged me for the room as well. This wasnt the deal!

Thank you Staff members front desk for info given and help, and Ms. Silvia for room service and hard work that you do. Sometimes having a nice conversation with employees as they are turning rooms, you get to know them on a personal level. Ms. Silvia takes her job very seriously, very strong work ethics. Hotel has a wealth of info on attractions and other dinning facilities, transportation in area. Full breakfast buffet A+ on that, coffee too
:) Warm swimming pool great for the kiddos, up to 5 feet depth. And baby cribs no charge.response / report this review -

Clean and somewhat updated but our room smelled of mildew. Also, on our previous stay the room had an odor. We will look for another place next time. Service is good, lobby, eating area very nice.
