Horrible experience
They copied my I.d. And never gave me my i.d. back. I stayed for 2 nights and never once returned my i.d. I called once I realized it was gone and was told it was there. Then today I called to let them know I was coming to get my i.d. And they are telling me they can't find it. I also had another horrible experience where they charged my card twice and had to go through a lot of run around to get my money back. This hotel I'm starting to believe is very crooked.

Just had my mother in law fly in from Boston and I was checking her in we walked into the room and instantly smelled mold. As I started to search for the smell I found the location the mattress was totally covered from head to toe absolutely disgusting.. Holes in the walls with unsanded mud just gross looks and smells like a crack house!

This hotel is accommodating, but needs to be cleaned thoroughly and the room i stayed in was unfortunately infested with bed bugs. The staff is very sweet but i was not happy with my stay.

Filthy. Misty moldy odor in the room. Mold in the bathroom curtains, faucets and in walls. Refrigerator and microwave available in room but it wasn't clean. Beds were made nicely but inside sheets were dirty. Asked to be moved to another room and was not accomodated. Ended up checking out. Front staff very rude. Sketchy and unsafe neighborhood. People hanging out in the parking lot. Security guard on site at nighttime. Pool onsite. After all that, didn't feel safe to even go near the pool. See pictures attached.

Worst hotel ever! There were roaches everywhere. We set are food down for a second and the roaches were all over it. The room was filthy. It is not worth the 70 dollars we paid to stay there. I would recommend it to someone who had no other option, and I literally mean absolutely no other option! DISGUSTING!

There's one thing I can say for sure, if I had not paid for another day already and was still trying to decide whether I was staying or finding another place or if I was still trying to come up with what I needed to get the room for another night or whatever, they never harassed me or made me feel uncomfortable or rushed me. In fact the staff seemed to be very pleasant people.

Absolutely disgusting! Do not waste your money on this place no matter how financially pleasing the prices may seem. Not kid friendly what so ever and the place is infested with drugs and junkies at all hours and time of the day! All rooms are "non smoking" but reek of cigarettes making it even impossible to breath! The sheets are not clean and even had gym stuck to them along with cigarette burn marks and holes. Please note that you can't even walk bare foot as the vinyl flooring is disgustingly dirty, sticky, and ripped. Housekeeping will not even make the beds or clean the floors and only enter your room to snoop for goods and restock the soap.. Did I mention we found a marijuana remains on the floor and boogers and the walls?! Don't even bother complaining to the office attendant because they won't even offer you any solutions to these issues and are not even sympathetic for offering this horrible service.
