I like their bed, sheets and pillows. Always very comfortable. Breakfast is great. So many options each time. No next day is the same food. Complementary coffee all day and good wifi coverage in the room. I am Honors member so points are my extra.

The room was big , very clean. The only thing whas at breakfast y though it was included when I booked ( it didn't said anything about surcharge for it) till we whent to breakfast and ask us for a breakfast pass . We book before at Hilton and breakfast whas included. So check carefully when you book.

I stayed at three hotels for work in this area, this is the only one that offered me an early check in time due to the time I would get off work. Loved that they accommodated an early enough check in time for me to get settled before work and not have to check in after midnight when I got off. The front desk called me as soon as the room was available and ready for my stay. The room was nice and clean, staff was super friendly. Enjoyed the fridge, microwave and kurig in my room, which the other hotels in this area lacked. Down side, no complimentary breakfast this is the only hotel I stayed at that did not have complimentary breakfast. They still had contractors repairing after damage due to Hurricane Irma however they were quiet enough for me to sleep in a bit.

Friendly professional staff, clean and comfortable accommodations. Despite damage from Irma, the stay was very pleasant, breakfast was made to order and the staff was very accomodating. Convenient location with lots of outside dining options as well as in hotel dining and evening bar.

Upon leaving the establishment I had left behind a very important personal item medical device within less than three minutes of returning to the room the item was missing parts of the piece of equipment. very disappointed in this process and would not return to this establishment

They have bed bugs. Worst customer service ever. Will never go back im sure they are glad. Nasty people nasty room!!

Visited a friend there. Hotel seemed incredibly clean and well maintained. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable, and bathroom was nice. The location is great because there are so many things to do and visit in Oldsmar and the surrounding area. If I had to stay at a hotel in Oldsmar, I'd likely pick that one.
