Belmont Place is FANTASTIC!! The office staff is always super helpful. The grounds are beautifully kept. There are two beautiful courtyards on the property and there are always resident events going on. They even handed out breakfast to everyone one morning! It's such a great community The inside of the apartments have beautiful with crown moulding, hardwood floors and side-by-side fridges! Keep up the good work!

We are moving from out of state and it is not the first time, but this has by far been the first time it was this easy! Jill has been very understanding of our concerns not being able to see the grounds or any of the units. Jill took the time to video chat with us and show us the unit and the grounds. This made our decision very easy! We are very excited to be moving into Belmont Place as well as meet the Jill in person and thank her for a very personal experience from over 500 miles away!!

Belmont Place is a beautiful complex in a very convenient location. The office staff and Maintenance team are awesome, The manager, Jillian knows all of the residents by name and puts together super fun community events that help everyone get to know each other. We are very happy to have found Belmont Place for our home since moving to Georgia!

I have lived at this property for 2 years with no major issues. The location is convenient to work and play. The office staff particularly Jill is friendly and attentive when problems arise. Jill goes above and beyond to keep residents happy. I would recommend this complex to others.

Beautiful grounds, kept up, nice management team who hears you and helps, guides when you're in trouble. Valet trash at night. Separate pathway for residents to enter gate while visitors sit at the box (convenience of easy access with remote or card).

They do tend to send paper notes on doors too often and not heavily rely on email. Doggy bags run out and sometimes takes a while for them refill. And they don't call you/send email/note in mailbox if a package has come in for you. Someone could send you a suppose birthday gift in the mail and you wouldn't know if it went to the office. Instead, they send a note on the door saying you never picked up your package from a couple of weeks ago.

    Good experience overall

The first thing I noticed about the complex is how well the grounds are kept. This place shows like a first class resort!

Second was the customer service. The staff is well trained and very respectful and Jillian, the property manager has customer service skills out of this world. At first I thought I was special and that I was the only one getting this awesome level of attention but after talking with other residents and seeing her in action I now believe that she knows all of the residents by first name! I truly do not understand how she does it.

Third the service crew is quick to respond and they stay true to the 48 hour window commitment.

    Awesome place to live!

I love Belmont Place Apartments as a whole - the apartments are incredibly spacious and well-maintained, the grounds are beautiful (especially the pool), and the staff is above and beyond. The assistant manager, Jill, is a particularly huge selling point. Before I even moved in to my apartment, Jill was sending me pictures of the view from my porch, and she touched base with me several times leading up to my move-in date. Since moving in, she's continued to be one exceptional resource - she's been friendly and welcoming since day 1, always remembering my name and any previous conversations we've had. I recently renewed my lease for a second year because I've been so happy with Jill and her team, and how great the apartments are. Definitely my favorite out of all the places I've lived in Atlanta!

I moved here August 2016 from New York City to study in Atlanta for graduate school. I was pleasantly surprised that Rachel, Jill, and Carmen were so kind, sweet and professional. The property is charming, quiet and clean. I love the beautiful swimming pool; my one bed room is a priceless luxury to come home to everyday after an intense day at school. Thank you Belmont Place. This was a pleasant surprise!

I'm not usually one to write a bad review but this place is absolutely terrible. Management will pretend to be nice at first and then you will quickly realize they don't care about you at all. You're paying for amenities that never work such as the gate and the gym. Only two machines work at the gym and it's been like that for the whole year I've lived here. The TV's in the gym also don't work so just keep that in mind. More importantly though made it a point to pick an apartment complex that was gated but that seems pretty pointless now since the gate was ALWAYS broken which made me feel extremely unsafe when I found out about the shooting that took place in our apartment complex that management still hasn't told us about. If you ever have problems with your rent, such as the online payment portal won't work or something weird happens with your bank, don't expect them to understand because they won't. They will just make you pay the fines so they can take all your money. Like I said, I'm really not one to complain I just don't want to put anyone else through this misery.

This apartment complex is a complete joke. It looks lovely from the outside but once you sign that lease all hell breaks loose. They don't know what customer service is and how to keep their clients happy. They simply DON'T CARE!!! I have NEVER written a bad review on anyone because I ALWAYS want to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I should've listened to the previous reviews warning me of this apartment complex. From ants, accessing my apartment without notice, to being lied to about pet policies and then having to go up there 4 times after the lease was over to close out our account and being told that the office does not handle that. I am truly disappointed and hope that someone from corporate will reach out to me to discuss their employees and my experience. This complex has so much potential with beautiful landscaping and wonderful location to be rated a 3. But now I understand why. I work in real estate and know first hand how to handle unhappy clients, but this is nothing like I have ever experienced before! I wish I could give them a 0 but the least I can do is a 1. BEWARE!!!

I would strongly discourage anyone from living here! They are all about the money. First of all, when you visit, you will be shown a very nice model unit. Keep in mind it will look nothing like where you will actually be living. This is also the complex where Carl McCline killed one man and injured another one, in broad daylight. The Belmont Place residents heard about it on the news instead of from the complex. The complex is not safe and the management does not value the lives of its tenants!

Please do not sign a lease at this night mare of a place. Yes it looks nice, yes they show you a gorgeous model unit that will be nothing like what unit the actually give you. All they care about is money. Just 2 days ago someone was murdered here in broad daylight and the residents had to hear about it on the news. They did not even have the decency to assure the residents that security would be increased or anything. Also after reading the other reviews it appears that a lot of crimes go on here that they do not tell anyone about. So they cannot notify us of serious crimes going on in our suppose to be Luxury Community but they can put notes on my door because my 3 year old son plays to loud. What a JOKE!!Not what you would except for a luxury gated community. Definitely do not feel like my family is safe here at all. And management does not care!!

Thanks to Carmen Brewster(Property Manager) she is just amazing at her job, very professional and very organized.

I have been living in this apartments since 2013 and seen tremendous changes in staff in short cycles and what what ever promised and never delivered previously.

And since Carmen came she just maintained high standards, Quick response to the issues, Very polite and friendly manager.

JRK need more managers like her in the system to maintain high deliverables.

Property is just amazing and very well maintained they look so pretty inside and outside.

They are little expensive but worth paying comparative to the other apartments very spacious and good looking.
