Poor hotel. This hotel is more expensive than the Hilton garden inn next door. Extended stay cost 80 a night. The Hilton cost 70 a night and has more luxury. Extended stay America normally has alot of partying outside. Prostitution, coke stuffers, weed smokers, and wino drunks. For some reason alot of Hispanic construction workers flock here

Gross. Only one lamp in our room even worked. Water damage on the ceiling above the shower. Rust on the front of the fridge, which made such a LOUD ringing noise we had to unplug it at night. One towel had a brown stain. Strange smell in the hallway. The place definitely needs a thourough cleaning, it's pretty grimy. Needs better security as well we had people knocking on our door then walking away TWICE during the night. Creepy. Do not recommend this place at all.

It was broke. The trash from the last guest still in the room. I asked and finally had to pull out. Unsanitary.

Barely working and odd sounding AC, beat up fridge, dingy towels, door slams shut like a jail cell, water rust stained drop ceiling tiles on 2nd level. I don't know if I should blame management, ownership, or the people that stay at extended stay hotels.

Well lit parking area, decent staff.

Kitchen no pots or pans, no ice bucket, I was told by the staff that there were ice trays to make your own ice. There are none. Brown coger has someone else hair on it. The bed is a full size bed not a queen that i paid for. I sleep on a queen at home why is this bed not the same size. I am disappointed.

They need a negative rating but must hit one star to post. I was robbed while staying there and nothing police could do because they don't have security cameras. They let up to 6 migrate workers stay in rooms which makes you feel unsafe when there is a whole floor of people unaccounted for. Also the door don't open so getting luggage in is a huge hassle. Couple of desk clerks were very unfriendly. Go somewhere else!

Great hospitality! The kind lady at the front desk was wonderful! The rooms seemed newly remodeled.

Good location and the room was nice and clean. However it's clear they don't clean under the beds very often, and there were two guys having their own little party in the back parking lot all night long that kept us awake. I'd stay there again comma though it's a good hotel for a good price

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE! If I could leave a 0 star review, I would! This is definitely my first and last visit to this hotel. The beds and the floor of room 229 were covered in dog hair! Our group was there for one night, and 2 of us woke up covered in bug bites! We are assuming there is a flea infestation since there was dog hair everywhere, and we saw no signs of bed bugs. We have reached out to the corporate office but have not received a reply yet. They did refund our money immediately, but it is still unacceptable for a hotel room to be that filthy. It looked as if the housekeeper only cleaned the bathroom and made the bed with dirty sheets!

Worst hotel in Georgia!! Do not stay here for any reason if you value your health; please don’t let my experience by yours. This hotel room was so infested with black mold and pet dander we were forced to sleep the second night in our vehicle due to a severe allergic reaction from the first night, and had to go the ER due to the severity of the reaction, staff were polite, but un sympathetic, and manager was no where to be found. Hotel promised a hypoallergenic room, from on line booking and over the phone, they said it would be clean, obviously a huge lie, because the room was zero stars quality and smelled like a moldy animal shelter and pet urine, with garbage under the bed and old items left in the room fridge. Hotel also over charged for the stay. We are still waiting on the over charge refund to be processed. May need to contact Credit Card Company and file a charge reversal. Manager would not return calls and was never available to speak when asking at front desk. We already sent a full written detailed letter; with photos of the unsanitary conditions along with ER visit statement from attending physician to the headquarters requesting full refund for the stay, plus ER visit. Additional letter sent to the Georgia department of health, and Center for disease control for inspection and requesting city commerce revoke their business license. Again please don’t stay at this hotel for any reason, sleep in you vehicle if you have to but don’t stay here!

The kitchenette was handy and useful, especially with the full-size fridge. Though the hotel obviously lacks proper upkeep and cleaning, so the paint peels off the walls and the toilet wiggled around. Also, the hallways smelled of cigarettes even though it is a "no-smoking" hotel. No maid service unless you stay longer than a week. Of course, this may all be expected in this price range, just thought I'd share. A little better kept and it would be a great hotel for the price.

We went from one room (due to heavy smoke smells-allergies), to another room then finally another which was the best of all 3, though still awful. We are far from germaphobes but we had to run out and get Clorox Cleanup and paper towels. Had we been the ones paying for the room, we'd have left after seeing the 1st room. As it were, all 3 nights were paid in advance by the company. I will let them know to take this hotel off their list however. The staff was nice yet it seemed forced and they seemed willing to work with us to a limit. The hotel could definitely use some major updating and maybe better trained cleaning staff. The smells oh don't go there! After we were done cleaning though.it smelled of strong bleach & Lysol. The upside if there is oneit was in a great location near shopping, food and fun.
