Store needs no smoking signs around picnic area. Can't even enjoy lunch without a cloud of second hand smoke around the entrance of the door. City ordinance prohibits this sort of thing and your employees are the biggest culprits.

The nice young man attending the meat cases at around 2:10 pm, Dec 10, was especially courteous and helpful. As he unboxed stock, he graciously offered me help and wished me a good evening and a Merry Christmas. I noticed that he did that with EVERY customer in his area. He maintained eye contact and smiled as well. I bought an expensive piece of meat that I would never have purchased if he hadn't made me feel so good about the cut. Please seek out this associate and reward him for representing the best of the best . Well done, Kroger.

I was very disappointed. They would not accept my check because it was from more than 50 miles away. I understand that different stores have different check writing policies however, I have written checks at this location previously as well as other locations locally. I just wished they wouldn't have waited until the day before Thanksgiving to start enforcing rules. Unless they make this right, I will no longer be shopping at Kroger or any of it's affiliates.

My favorite grocery store! Always has tons of sales going on, has friendly associates, and the selection of items is awesome! They also have a Murray's Cheese shop in the deli, which is wonderful for those who love a huge variety of cheeses to choose from. The cheese mongors there are amazing too, always ready to help. My favorite part of the store ;)

HUGE THANK YOU TO CASSY & SANDY in the Flower Department!! I went by to get greenery for a wedding (dumb Hurricane interfered with my delivery). These two ladies went out of their way and sold me products that they were not supposed to just to help me and I am forever grateful to their kindness!!! These ladies are phenomenal!!!

Also, I like the store in general :)

My Kroger of choice in the Savannah area. It's easy for me to get distracted because there are so many things in this store. That's why I'm glad they've added the Clicklist option so I can order online and just go pick my groceries up. Saves time and stops me from buying unnecessary extras! The only cons for me are the lackluster meat selection and the fact that good sale items are often sold out because it's such a busy store.

This Kroger is probably stocked with the most variety of all of them it is truly an amazing grocery store. They have an indoor jewelry store there. A small clothing department. Great fresh produce. I can't say enough about this place. It's a must see. You will not be disappointed. It's a big store but check out is fast.

Kroger on Mall Blvd in Savannah, GA is WONDERFUL! All of the employees I've encountered are pleasantly receptive, warm and easy to talk to ESPECIALLY CHARLES! Charles works in the meat department. His smile is contagious and always provides what I want. If it's not on the shelf or in the cooler/freezers, he'll hunt it down, package it up and deliver. Charles, like the people at the Deli Counter, will make your day! They're the kind of people that turns the mundane chore of grocery shopping into an enjoyable experience! GOOOooo KROGER!

A very nice supermarket. You can find fresh prepared food, nice cakes, and all other groceries you need. They have great discounts for the bakery stuff which are expiring soon.

Awful bbq chicken and mashed potatoes served at the hot deli counter. They shouldn't serve anything if this is the best they can serve. Just awful.

If you're just visiting this area, then this is the perfect grocery/department store for you. Not bad location either. They are a full grocery store and then some, you can buy shoes, clothes, small kitchen appliances, cell phones, money orders, western union and more. Check them out!!!!❤

There's no Kroger where I live, so this place was like Heaven. I mean, we have Publix, but Kroger is like Publix Plus. Also, you can buy individual bottles of beer and build your own 6 pack for like $8! That is awesome! Would recommend, great service and prices.

Mega-Kroger! I love my Kroger store. Warning, though.. Their inventory is very erratic. Sometimes they don't have an item that always buy, and that is frustrating.

I love the people in the pharmacy -- super-efficient.

Customer Service desk is rarely staffed effectively, so returns, Western Union, Bill Pay, check cashing, lottery cashing is forever a long line. Luckily, the ladies behind the desk are patient and friendly.
