Staff is incredible. They helped me find a lost wallet and were so kind. Great rooms, amenities and breakfast too!

If your looking for a quick overnight hotel before getting on the plane then check this place out. Last time I was in the area I stayed overnight at the Springhill across the street. I was shooting for that hotel again, as I knew what to expect, but when I was on the Marriott website it boasted the new lobby so I gave it a try. Glad I did. I like the new furniture and the better ergonomic work area in my King Executive suite. Other than the budget hotel blues I call it (kids running up and down hallways, people being loud) this was a nice stay and the beds are soft. Internet is not as slow as the Springhill either, which is good for me as I write my reports from my trips. And the Jacuzzi is working also which I already explained on another review about the federal Handicap policy. Thanks for reading.

Very friendly staff. Nice breakfast. They serve food and beer and wine on Wednesday evenings. Rooms were fine. We enjoyed our stay and would go back again.

Best hotel I ever stay at. The customer service here is a 10 star. Rooms are very clean and modern, staff is very friendly and helpful. They have complimentary snacks and beer every Wednesday for customer appreciation day.

The Fairfield Inn & Suites is a good hotel for the price. Located near a plethora of shopping and restaurants without being in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the area. Clean and comfortable rooms and friendly staff.

Staff was very pleasant and beds were comfortable. Also, there is free breakfast. Room wreaked of mold and had numerous mold stains within. Location was within walking distance of a couple establishments, but better options are across the highway. I do not recommend.

I'm staying at Fairfield and my parents at the Hilton garden inn, which is across from us. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly at both locations.
The rooms are basically clean, although I do feel that shampooing the carpets in the rooms would improve the overall aroma in the room. Cleaning staff was fast, friendly, and pretty good in general.
Budget seems to be the biggest issue at these hotels but they aren't bad. Breakfast was buffet style and worth the money, I really liked the omlettes.
The atmosphere was safe and quiet. There weren't an irritating amount of children. I think my stay was pretty decent overall. I'll fly back to Asia tomorrow. I stayed for 4 daysresponse / report this review -

Not worth the money, the beds are awful. They offer no support at all. Sleeping on the floor would of been better. The blankets felt like the were not dried completely after being washed. We had to set the A.C. to 60 just to get the room a little cooler. For some reason the carpet in the hallway is nicer than in the rooms. It will be a long time before I stay in a Marriott hotel again. Econolodge has better rooms at a third of the price.

My experience with this hotel started before I even got there I received a phone call from a front desk agent named Cecilia I received a call telling me that she was going to cancel my rooms if I didn't pay for them before I got there because the credit card that was on file declined I proceeded to tell her that we were in route to Savannah but she told me that if I didn't put down a method of payment right then and there that they will cancel all five of my rooms finally my fiance put down a method of payment. Someone who was from my party was checking in earlier than I would I call the front desk and spoke to the same young lady who had given me a call earlier when I gave her the name of the guest that was in my party that will be checking in prior to me she then asked me if I needed the double bedrooms that I had already booked I informed her that I did when we checked in all of my double rooms were given given away and we only ended up with one double room no apology no anything no one act as if they cared they just accidentally acted as if they didn't know what had happened. Our room 311 had a horrible smell, when I call downstairs to ask for a razor and shaving cream I was asked if I was an employee when I informed the agent who answered the phone that I was not a Marriott employee she didn't said that oh we don't have any I then sent my fiance down to the front desk to get a razor and shaving cream and he came back up with it.

Stayed here in December. The room with two queens is big enough for 2 adults and a baby (and all the gear) to fit and get around easily. The staff was INCREDIBLE and very friendly. We used the airport shuttle which was extremely convenient.

My family and I stayed at your Fairfield Inn and suites- Savannah airport in Savannah, GA March 31- April 2nd. While leaving Sunday my wife, 13 year old daughter, and 6 year old daughter had severe bed bug bites all over them!! This is unacceptable and made for a terrible experience. Also while we were there the hotel ran out of towels and the pool was not open. I emailed Marriott and zero response. Stay out of room 304.
Only thing true about the photo is the water does come out of the shower head
And the lady working the breakfast is a rock star. By herself taking care of everyone. She is a star
"Can we get some new towels?"
"Sir we are booked full and are out of clean towels."

Stayed here while interviewing in the area, was paid for by the company. Found the rooms to be very nice and cozy. The room had an ironing board which came in useful. Great shower, plenty of hot water and high quality toiletries. The staff was also very nice.

Room had a bad order like meadow. Bathroom only had 1 wash clothe. Wanted to check and request a refund after the 1st hour of check-in but the girl Amanda at the front desk said that it's not a guarantee we would get a refund and still may get changed for tonight. The refund was up to the good morning Tracey who wouldn't be in until the next day around 10am. Hotel just doesn't feel clean or like other Marriott hotels I've stayed at. The is one of the oldest and worst Fairfield Inns in the world. Never again will I stay here or recommend this hotel. Should have went across the street to Spring Hill Suites. Marriott really should renovate this hotel.

I LOVE THIS LOCATION. THE MANAGEMENT QUEST SERVICES AND THE CLEANLINESS! THE BREAKFAST WAS AWESOME! THE PRICE GREAT! I needed some me time and that's exactly what I got.
