I've purchased my woodstove from them about two years ago and love it. Went back today for a maintenance related issue (a metal part inside broke) and I received lousy customer service! To top it off,I actually was referred to the H2 Oasis in Rockford.I won't be spending any more money at Belden,period!

Quality, the right price and more importantly in stock and able to view the material needed. Big box stores, only special order and not able to be viewed for color or texture. I will go here again.
